This was my first time buying a home. I didn’t have a full understanding of how the process went. Travis made this a very understandable and trusting process. He was very responsive at all hours of the day, Every day. Even with me having a broad area of wanting to find a home. He was with me for them all. From north Lake Tahoe all the way to midtown Reno and Carson City. He guided my way with ease. His negotiating skills got me exactly what I asked for and then some. Travis did an outstanding job getting my house sold. Selling price was well above what I was asking and I had several offers within 3 days. He never even got the signs put up before I accepted an offer. He answered all of my questions and offered advice during the entire process. I have and will continue to recommend him.
