From our very first interaction, Tara was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions and provide updates, which was a huge comfort as we are not local to the Reno area. Her knowledge of the Reno area and the overall real estate process was truly impressive. She guided us through every step with expertise, explaining everything clearly and patiently, and made the process of signing paperwork remotely easy and seamless. Beyond her professional skills, Tara is super personable and such a delight to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and even enjoyable, despite the distance. 1000% professional, knowledgeable, personable agent. She found us the absolutely perfect second home in a short amount of time. I’m sure I toured a dozen that would have been fine, but she went beyond the extra mile and found our dream home in an amazing complex! Never refused a call, or respond to a message no matter when I needed her. I feel truly blessed to have made a friend, and would highly recommend this super agent to anyone!

Jordon was fantastic to work with! Within days he helped us find our home in South Reno and we couldn’t be happier! Jordon was very responsive and timely throughout the process, making things run very smoothly. He also helped set up or recommend people for inspections/services which was very helpful since we aren’t as familiar with those services not being from Reno. Jordon also stepped in when we had bumps in the road with an inspection personal and handled the situation himself which relieved a lot of stress on our end. We would absolutely use Jordon again if we ever needed to buy another property in Reno!

We just bought our first house a few months back, and with Jordon on our side it made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We couldn't have possibly worked with anyone else. He walked us through the basics and made it super understandable. He answered all of our questions with ease. It was a breeze, he really cared about our needs and wants and curated the search to those. He really listened to what we were looking for, and now we have a beautiful home we get to enjoy for many years to come. Needless to say if your on the fence, Jordon is the guy you want. We will definitely be coming back in the future. I have no doubt he can be your perfect match all the same!

So this was my first home buying experience. I had a realtor once but that was a past life. I had no clue what to really expect. Jordan is a straight shooter. He told us the truth about our expectations and was honest about properties we had seen. He went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was a 10/10. Even when we had issues arise, he was on it immediately and found solutions. As long as we live in the area, I won’t work with anyone else. I recommend every single person to Jordan. He is considered family to us now.
