Jillian Santos helped me get into a rental but my goal is to get a house or condo and since she was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area and my wants I would differently want her to help me with my next goal when I'm ready

Ryan did a good job getting our condo on the market. Fortunate enough to get a quick offer. Only issues were confusing details in offer that cost us an additional 2000 that we were told verbally, responses to our questions about closing progress was mostly initiated by us and Ryan did respond promptly. More disappointed with the buyer agent not being flexible about his fee amount. Overall the process timeline was good.

Alyse was above and beyond since day 1. You can truly feel her good energy, her honesty and knowledge, and the most important thing, she really connects with your needs and look forward fulfilling them. She is not the kind of realtor who tries to close the deal no matter what. She genuinely takes the time to provide you with options, she proactively guides you all across the process, she connects you with the right people and prepares you for all the different scenarios that may happen. She is on top of all of her communication channels. I must say we felt like she was our personal assistant, because she is so detail and service oriented. We thank God we found her!

Mike was so amazing at helping my husband and I find and purchase our first home! He went above and beyond showing us different homes and pointing out important things that we hadn’t even thought of through this process. I don’t think we could’ve found our dream home without Joe’s help and we especially couldn’t have gotten the amazing deal that we did when we purchased! We 100% recommend working with Mike!!
