Vito has done a great job helping us with finding our new home. His expertise from finding a home, to making an offer, to closing on our house was paramount. He always answered our questions on the process and was very flexible and responsive. He was able to put things in perspective with his knowledge of the ins and outs of houses. I cannot recommend Vito enough! He helped me every step of the way. He was patient with me during the exploration process of figuring out what I wanted, helped me become realistic about what would be a good investment and where neighborhood I would want to wind up living in the city, and educated me throughout my first home buying process…which is admittedly very nerve-racking the first time through. Also with Vito‘s background of working in building inspection and with the city of Chicago he had great connections to referring me to other people that I needed throughout this journey. He’s a great guy, tells it like it is, takes the time and patience it requires. Grateful to have found a realtor like him, I highly recommend!
