I found Scott and his Newman family team through a generic online agent search and I am truly grateful I had the opportunity to work alongside him as I moved towards purchasing my first home. Scott was responsive from the first minute and his eagerness to help never diluted as the process progressed. Some of his greatest attributes shined early on: his ability to communicate and his patience. I had little knowledge of the home buying process, but he took the necessary time to explain the details and remained patient as I was slowly brought up to speed. He helped me figure out what I wanted and then went out into the market to make the dream a reality. His team and referrals (lenders, attorneys, inspectors, etc.) that were involved were all top notch. We closed on a place in a wicked quick amount of time in a surprisingly painless process. I highly recommend the brokers at Team Newman. Specifically, Morgan Meeker was very helpful with finding an apartment for myself and my partner to rent. The place was beautiful, it met all our criteria, and he found it for us within 2 weeks. We scheduled a day to visit 3 places after a couple of weeks of talking. This place was one of those three and we signed that day. We didn’t expect to find something on our first (and only) day of viewings, but it Morgan made it easy. I couldn’t be happier with the service we got with while working with this brokerage. Scott Newman runs a great team and gives a personal touch that I have not experienced with brokers or realtors in the past. He genuinely cared and put his best person on the job to help us out. I know they do service for people who are looking to buy homes, as well as people like myself looking to rent a place in the city. If you want to find the perfect place quickly, go to Team Newman! Scott and his team were amazing and diligent.. Sourcing good buyers and helping me hold firm on certain points of negotiations when it was necessary. Would highly recommend his team if you need impartial feedback but a very partial partner in your corner.

You will be blown-away! Outstanding in every way, Scott and his magnificent team were committed to representing my interests in the Oak Park market. This is by far the best team in Oak Park. What impressed me was the strong leadership, fully committed, hard working, smart, focused vibe of Team Newman. For example, Scott keeps an obsessively accurate eye on the market. He will know your area and the current market rates. Team Newman will know how to market to the right buyers for a quick sale at the best price. Trust me on this important distinction because many others will not really be able to achieve this goal. I felt they were my advocates. They are professional and go beyond the requirements to prove their commitment to you. I felt that I had the smartest team out there and that they were on a mission to fulfill my objectives. Michelle and Morgan made me feel confident in their ability to make the right choices and attack the market quickly for the most effective results. For example, Michelle and Morgan gave suggestions for staging directions and property improvements that aided in attracting buyers and selling at top dollar. They also have the ability to give you strategies to aid in finding the right type of property in the right location and making an attractive offer that will lead to acceptance. Morgan's vibe was perfect for the Oak Park market. This is a smart working team that makes hard choices easy and stress free. This is a full-time career for them. Team Newman focused one-hundred percent on my transaction going beyond normal business hours. They led me through the transaction with ease and followed up with me after the deal closed.
