I talked to several agents before connecting with Kyaira to help rent out my unit. I needed it rented ASAP, and she was ready to help and move quickly immediately after our first conversation. I had my place rented within a week of our first conversation. She was also really helpful behind the scenes to walk me through the process since it was my first time ever renting out my unit. 100% would recommend her to anyone. She was amazing!

Madeline Ackerlund was the best realtor to work with. I was a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions about the process. Before I even knew if buying a home was right for me Madeline and I got coffee and she talked me through everything and answered any questions. After our meeting she connected me with other members of her team for additional questions. A few months later when I was ready to buy she was so excited to help any chance she could. The attention to detail made me feel like I was her only client. In this housing market I needed someone encouraging and knowledgeable which Madeline absolutely was for me. She eventually helped me find my dream condo in the city and helped me through the very stressful process of closing. She was especially helpful when last minute my lender changed my interest rate and when I wasn’t sure if closing was still going to happen she gave me options, support, and reassurance. I would recommend Madeline to everyone and could not be happier with the process.
