Our experience with the Dowell group was great and they led us to finding our home which we have been so happy with! We had many showings over a number of months to eventually find our perfect home. The whole team was incredibly patient, kind, and thoughtful to get us to where we needed to be.

Kyaira was there to ease my frustrations, answer all of my questions (there were a lot lol), and calm my fears of the unknown. She remained professional, punctual, and SO helpful. I can’t speak well enough of her, she’s just exceedingly good at her job. Very knowledgeable! She brought such a calmness to the journey, even through the concerning times, which brought much peace to the process. Kind, funny, resourceful, beautiful inside and out, and does everything in the best interest of her client. We hadn’t spoke in years, but I’m thankful this journey has turned someone I used to know to realtor, and realtor to a friend! If you need a home, she's the way to go!

Michelle was truly a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was always responsive and worked hard to schedule showings as soon as possible that fit with our schedule. She is also very flexible and understanding so it eased any stress we may have had if plans changed. Definitely the easiest apartment search I’ve ever had thanks to Michelle- we will definitely be using her for our next apartment hunt!

Dione was fantastic throughout our entire first-time home-buying process. She was very communicative and adapted to our buying timeline and what we were looking for - she had a keen eye for what we wanted and stayed on top of new listings that would catch our eye (even before we saw them!). Our transaction was a post-close possession that took longer than normal, but she was was always available to answer questions or facilitate communication with the buyer. She was there for us every step of the way, even coming to our closing to make sure things ran smoothly. Dione is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, efficient and personable -- we cannot recommend her enough!
