    We are so thankful we were able to work with Tim for both our home sale and purchase. Tim is incredibly experienced and worked hard to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.     Working with Lauren for the purchase of my condo (first time home buyer) was amazing! I went with the first place I ever saw and had a quick close and Lauren helped me navigate throughout the whole experience. She was always available to text or call and provided me with advice throughout the process. I knew very little about purchasing a home and never felt lost in the process with Lauren by my side. I highly recommend working with her!

    I applied for 749 S Claremont Chicago, I was skeptical and even spoke on not applying but I thought i had a chance because Danielle said well the owners said they was willing to look and if i may need a co signer. I wasnt giving a chance to add a CO-SIGNER!! I feel if the owners are looking for a SPECIFIC CREDIT SCORE..AND IF THE PERSON IS SAYING THEIR SCORE UP FRONT AND SHOWING WAT IT IS AND IF ITS NOT WAT THE OWNERS WANT DNT LET THEM APPLY AT ALL!! DNT SAY OH WELL THEY LOOK AT OTHER STUFF WHEN MAINLY U BEING JUDGED OFF NOT HAVING A PERFECT SCORE OR WAT THEY WANT WHEN U CUDVE NOT WASTED THE PERSONS TIME AND MONEY WHO TOLD U UP FRONT WAT IT WAS..I FELT LIED TOO IN A WAY!!. DANIIELLE DOWELL WAS NICE AND EXPLAINED THINGS AND I TOOK THAT RISK BUT I ALSO TOLD HER WAT IT WAS. ITS OUT OF HER CONTROL ON WAT THEY WANT AS A TENANT BUT DNT LET PEOPLE APPLY WHEN THEY TELLING U OR SHOWING U WAT THEY HAVE AND ITS NOT UP TO UR STANDARDS AS AN OWNER.. I WAS TOLD ANOTHER TENANT WAS PICKED AFTER NO CONTACT OF SENDING IN MY APP BUT AT FIRST I HAD GREAT COMMUNICATION..I FEEL ITS ALSO A RACE THING AS WELL I ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME AND A GOOD TENANT..THIS IS SAD..SMMFH WOW!!
