I realized once again how important a real estate agent is. Matt Laricy and his team were not only fast but also very accurate in their work, and I truly felt I could trust them throughout the process. If I buy or sell a home again in the future, I will definitely contact them. I would also highly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Matt and Jaime were a great team and supported our purchase of a condo in Streeterville. Matt is very knowledgeable about the Chicago real estate market and helped us develop a set of reasonable expectations for our purchase. He and Jaime were always timely with responses to our questions. Matt was on-site with us for inspection and walk-through, and available to answer questions throughout the process. The "behind the scene" support we received from Jaime exemplified true customer service. She established a To Do time-line at the onset, delineating all the steps that would be necessary to lead to a successful close. She was always timely with her guidance and reminders and prepared us for every step of the transaction, from completing necessary paperwork, setting up earnest money payments, being at the ready with names of inspectors, handyman, painters and plumbers, to preparing us for closing and the wire transfer of funds. If you are looking for a team that is straight-forward and next to you through every step of the process, I highly recommend Matt and his team.

Matt and his whole team are amazing. After being on the market for about six months with a different realtor, we were under contract after just three days listed with him and with an above asking offer! Even before listing Matt's knowledge on the market and his sale strategy made us confident he was going to get the job done and he delivered even quicker than we could have imagined. They took care of everything from staging to marketing and even all the little things that come with closing. They were super commutative during the showing process but also during the closing period to ensure we knew what was going on. I couldn't recommend Matt and his team more!

Matt and his team, specifically Jamie and Jessica, were so amazing! They made it so seamless for me with selling my condo, I barely did anything. I was constantly informed throughout the entire process and I highly recommend working with the Laricy team when buying or selling; I did both!
