Matt and everybody at the Laricy team are incredible!!!! This was my first time purchasing a home and they made the process very easy. From the start Matt was always available to answer any questions and impart his impeccable knowledge of the market and the benefits and drawbacks of each area and each possible purchase. I took a long time to take the plunge and Matt was patient and available through the whole thing answers hundreds of questions quickly and completely. Once I decided on a property and the whole buying process commenced Matt and the Laricy team we there to guide me through the whole thing. Providing advice on negotiation of the price, working with lender, working through the various documents, and answer my additional 100 or more questions. Through the entire process I felt taken care of and well advised. Since this was my first time buying I had a lot of questions and a lot of worry, Matt and his team took such good care of me and made it as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Matt and when I go through this again I will definitely be back with Matt.

Highly recommended! Matt and his team handheld us to navigate the complex Chicago market. He is both knowledgeable (generations of his family have been in real estate) and, equally importantly, ethical. he has our best interest in mind and would only show us property candidates that fit into our needs. His team is efficient, responsive, and straightforward.

Matt's team is amazing - they'll basically do everything for you, all the way from finding a place to closing. The agents under Matt are awesome too - I had the pleasure of working with Jamie and John-Paul whom are great people themselves.
