I met Matt's team member JC when I booked a property tour on Zillow. Prior to that I had a rather unimpressive experience with another agent booked through online website so I wasn't expecting much. We loved the location of that properties but not the style. JC did not push us either way. Instead he patiently pointed out all the pros and cons of the property as he see it. He also explained the home-buying process in details. We were not in a rush to buy but the positive interaction with Matt's team somehow nudged us to move faster. We lived in Iowa and that makes things harder. We put in earnest money into a property after seeing it online only to back out after seeing it in person. Matt and his team did not complain at all and help us back out of the deal cleanly. We finally found our dream home and Matt negotiated a great deal for us. Throughout the process Matt and his team keep us well informed. Every few days we got reminded or updated on the progress about attorney review, mortgage progress. I feel we're in really good hand with Matt's team. If you ever consider buying a home in Chicago, I wholeheartedly recommend Matt's service.

Matt and his team made the entire process so easy and low stress. They coached me on what I needed to do to get my condo ready for listing and from there everything was seamless. They use all of the fancy listing tools that made my place stand out. The team was very responsive during every step of the way, and this led to a quick and easy sale. I would only use Matt and team if I was in need of a realtor in Chicagoland

Matt and his team are simply outstanding to work with, and leave absolutely zero doubt behind why they’ve been so successful in the Chicago area. As a first time homebuyer, moving from out of state, and on a very short timeline, Matt made the impossible feel like the inevitable. He’s a straight shooter about the state of the market at any given time, and made navigating that a breeze. He never tried to oversell us on something we didn’t want, and always made sure we were aware of things we didn’t think we’d need. Not only did he find us a our dream condo (at under asking when everything else was in a bidding war), but the entire process from making an offer to closing took only 15 days, was extremely smooth, and left us feeling extremely confident each step of the way. All this to say, we were so pleased and can’t imagine working with anyone else in Chicago.
