The Laricy team is excellent to work with. He sold for me a total of 4 properties at Lake Point Tower. Basically handled everything with a worry free approach. I have worked with many realtors in Chicago. I would say his group is one of the best if not the best in Chicago. They provide excellent communication keeping me updated with activity regarding the property. They provide their local market expertise. Matt is a trustworthy realtor who has a highly active role in the Chicago realtor market. He is constantly on the go 7 days a week 24/7 keeping up with the latest market trends and as a result is able to provide solid advice and instills confidence.

John-Paul helped my family successfully sell our townhouse in Chicago. He is professional, hardworking, experienced, efficient, resourceful, responsive, prompt, patient, and thoughtful, with excellent judgment in critical decisions. Since I don’t live in Chicago, I had to sell the house remotely. John-Paul went above and beyond to help me in every way. Remarkably, I completed the entire process—from preparing the house for listing to closing the deal—without ever traveling to Chicago or meeting John-Paul in person. First, John-Paul helped me prepare the house for sale on a tight timeline. I had been renting out the house for years, and the previous tenants had left belongings behind when I decided to sell in May. John-Paul coordinated with the tenants, carpet installer, painter, handyman, garbage mover, and cleaning crew to get the house emptied, repaired, updated, cleaned, and fully ready for listing—all within two weeks to catch the end of the prime selling season. He was incredibly resourceful and efficient, quickly completing turning the house into a fresh and attractive one during a very busy time of year. Second, John-Paul helped me determine the appropriate listing price. He gathered data on comparable properties, including their sale prices and timing, and guided me to a pricing strategy that balanced my expectations with market competitiveness. Third, he seamlessly managed the listing process. His company has a strong support team—including a skilled photographer who took excellent photos and created a 3D tour, and a listing specialist who produced a professional and appealing advertisement. Fourth, John-Paul personally showed the house to all potential buyers. Unlike many seller agents who simply use a lockbox and leave showings to the buyer’s agent, John-Paul was present for every showing so he could walk buyers through the property and highlight its best features. He also used an app to keep me updated and debriefed me after each showing, allowing me to compare offers effectively and promptly. Fifth, John-Paul coordinated every step of the negotiation and inspection. It’s uncommon for seller agents to attend inspections, but John-Paul did. His presence allowed him to communicate inspection findings accurately and help me develop a reasonable plan to address any issues. He also coordinated with a contractor to ensure that all inspection-related repairs were completed on time. Sixth, he worked closely with the buyer’s agent, attorney, mortgage company, and title company to ensure a smooth transaction that satisfied all parties. Throughout the entire process, John-Paul communicated with me promptly via email, phone, and text. He responded to all my questions and concerns—even during evenings and weekends. He is a creative and resourceful problem-solver who helped me solve all the problems and make sound decisions at all the critical moments. He represented my interests exceptionally well. In short, John-Paul is an outstanding agent. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

We moved from MN to Chicago and Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us in finding the best neighborhood to fit our lifestyle and explaining the unique RE requirements (taxes, assessments, etc.) in Each location. His team did an exceptional job of coordinating all the RE and legal details to ensure we would move in quickly and without a problem. We are tremendously grateful for everyone’s expertise and support!
