This was the fourth time we have used Team Carver. Their knowledge of the various communities and professional relationships within the Real Estate and lending community was superior. Team Carver offers many helpful suggestions and support advice before and after completion of the purchase or sales of our various properties that we have sold or purchased.

The kind reviews of Leslie Carver make me even more disappointed in the experience my family had with her. I believe her efforts There was no marketing or analysis done on our behalf. The photos were poor and no one commincated with my family when the property was listed. When the deal was complete my family did not receive a thank you card or phone call. Her effort was not at all commenserate with the almost 6 figure commission she received.

Leslie Carver and her team have assisted me in sellling off a few of my rental properties and I have been completely satisfied with the results. The team is knowledgeable with all aspects of my listing and they always know what step in the process we are in. They had suggestions on how to possibly get the most out of the sale.

Before listing our Condominium we did our homework and in doing so we located and selected Leslie Carver, Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices in Henderson Nevada. With such an important transaction we wanted to make certain we listed with a Realtor that had a proven track record of success. A Realtor that would take the time to sit with us, review our property and help us decide what the best and most realistic listing price was based on market analysis and would utilize multiple marketing strategies so that our property would draw interested buyers quickly. We received even more than we expected when we chose Leslie and Team Carver. This was truly a team, a team of six professionals all working to list, market and sell our home. We listed our Condominium with Leslie and within a couple of days met John Carver at our home who coordinated with the listing photographer and is Team Carvers lead marketing and social media team member. John took the time to share with us how he would publish our listing to multiple social media platforms, including the extensive Berkshire Hathaway network in addition to multiple realty based websites so that our listing would receive maximum visibility. The listing photographer did an amazing job and the listing with photographs looked exceptional. Prior to an interested buyer viewing our home we received a text and/or phone call from either Leslie or John to coordinate a date and time and we received feedback after each viewing. We had multiple viewings and received informative feedback from potential buyers and accepted a buyers offer within 6 weeks of listing our property with Team Carver. Thanks to Leslie, John and all of Team Carver we enjoyed a totally smooth listing, transaction and closing from beginning to end. We highly recommend Team Carver for your Real Estate needs.

Danielle was excellent. We sold our house in Chicago and bought a house in Las Vegas and were overwhelmed at times with how daunting a task it was. With two transactions and a cross-country move, there were a lot of cogs in this wheel, but Danielle was the one we knew we could count on. She was always available to answer our questions and calm our nerves. Even after everything closed and we were settled, she's still there to answer our questions. I would recommend Danielle every day of the week and twice on Sundays.
