Leslie Carver and her team have assisted me in sellling off a few of my rental properties and I have been completely satisfied with the results. The team is knowledgeable with all aspects of my listing and they always know what step in the process we are in. They had suggestions on how to possibly get the most out of the sale.

Before listing our Condominium we did our homework and in doing so we located and selected Leslie Carver, Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices in Henderson Nevada. With such an important transaction we wanted to make certain we listed with a Realtor that had a proven track record of success. A Realtor that would take the time to sit with us, review our property and help us decide what the best and most realistic listing price was based on market analysis and would utilize multiple marketing strategies so that our property would draw interested buyers quickly. We received even more than we expected when we chose Leslie and Team Carver. This was truly a team, a team of six professionals all working to list, market and sell our home. We listed our Condominium with Leslie and within a couple of days met John Carver at our home who coordinated with the listing photographer and is Team Carvers lead marketing and social media team member. John took the time to share with us how he would publish our listing to multiple social media platforms, including the extensive Berkshire Hathaway network in addition to multiple realty based websites so that our listing would receive maximum visibility. The listing photographer did an amazing job and the listing with photographs looked exceptional. Prior to an interested buyer viewing our home we received a text and/or phone call from either Leslie or John to coordinate a date and time and we received feedback after each viewing. We had multiple viewings and received informative feedback from potential buyers and accepted a buyers offer within 6 weeks of listing our property with Team Carver. Thanks to Leslie, John and all of Team Carver we enjoyed a totally smooth listing, transaction and closing from beginning to end. We highly recommend Team Carver for your Real Estate needs.

Danielle was excellent. We sold our house in Chicago and bought a house in Las Vegas and were overwhelmed at times with how daunting a task it was. With two transactions and a cross-country move, there were a lot of cogs in this wheel, but Danielle was the one we knew we could count on. She was always available to answer our questions and calm our nerves. Even after everything closed and we were settled, she's still there to answer our questions. I would recommend Danielle every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

In the current slow real estate market, I placed my trust in the expertise of Leslie and John Carver, also known as Team Carver, and I am pleased to share the positive outcome. Their strategic marketing plan for our property was exceptional. They offered valuable guidance on how to present our home to maximize its appeal, and their marketing materials, both online and in print, were impressive and effective. As a result, we sold our house within a week and above the asking price. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Team Carver to any potential sellers. Danielle is phenomenal in every way - but definitely one of the biggest pluses for me is how lightning fast she is in responding. I found her through a service that connected me with three realtors to choose from and she responded the day of before I even woke up to read who I was referred to, just to give an idea of how prompt she is haha. Alongside her promptness, Danielle very clearly cares most about keeping a good relationship with you as a client (rather than caring more about closing quickly), so she personally sticks with you through the entire process and even beyond (right now she’s still helping me with a Home Warranty claim, even though we closed over a month ago). She’s also got a great, upbeat personality that makes running around looking at houses fun, even when you bring your parents along to help (as I did due to being a first-time homebuyer - and as another note, she’s parent-approved by both sides of the family haha, who were also both very impressed with her, and whose opinions probably carry more weight than mine since this isn’t their first home-buying rodeo). Additionally, she is very straightforward & honest with you from minute one; as I mentioned, I was referred to several realtors through another service, so I met with each one to basically “interview” them and choose one - Danielle was the only realtor who 1. Didn’t assume I had already picked her on the first meeting, 2. Actually encouraged me to get a second opinion by meeting with the other options, and 3. Explained why she’s the best option without being pushy and even gave me ideas of questions I had not considered to ask the other realtors I would be speaking with. This probably goes without saying due to her record/stats that you can see here on Zillow as well, but Danielle is very experienced and pretty much correctly guessed the counter-offer we had received (which is what we were aiming for). She’s also quite detail-oriented, such as her remembering that my parents were retired military and thus got us a military discount from the title company when we didn’t even think to ask. I thought I was done writing this review like 3 times over by this point, but kept extending it as I remembered other things I wanted to include - to end it off though, I can summarize is most succinctly with the following: Danielle is simply the best there is, and you only need one meeting with her to realize this.
