Danielle is phenomenal in every way - but definitely one of the biggest pluses for me is how lightning fast she is in responding. I found her through a service that connected me with three realtors to choose from and she responded the day of before I even woke up to read who I was referred to, just to give an idea of how prompt she is haha. Alongside her promptness, Danielle very clearly cares most about keeping a good relationship with you as a client (rather than caring more about closing quickly), so she personally sticks with you through the entire process and even beyond (right now she’s still helping me with a Home Warranty claim, even though we closed over a month ago). She’s also got a great, upbeat personality that makes running around looking at houses fun, even when you bring your parents along to help (as I did due to being a first-time homebuyer - and as another note, she’s parent-approved by both sides of the family haha, who were also both very impressed with her, and whose opinions probably carry more weight than mine since this isn’t their first home-buying rodeo). Additionally, she is very straightforward & honest with you from minute one; as I mentioned, I was referred to several realtors through another service, so I met with each one to basically “interview” them and choose one - Danielle was the only realtor who 1. Didn’t assume I had already picked her on the first meeting, 2. Actually encouraged me to get a second opinion by meeting with the other options, and 3. Explained why she’s the best option without being pushy and even gave me ideas of questions I had not considered to ask the other realtors I would be speaking with. This probably goes without saying due to her record/stats that you can see here on Zillow as well, but Danielle is very experienced and pretty much correctly guessed the counter-offer we had received (which is what we were aiming for). She’s also quite detail-oriented, such as her remembering that my parents were retired military and thus got us a military discount from the title company when we didn’t even think to ask. I thought I was done writing this review like 3 times over by this point, but kept extending it as I remembered other things I wanted to include - to end it off though, I can summarize is most succinctly with the following: Danielle is simply the best there is, and you only need one meeting with her to realize this.

Make Danielle your first realtor choice! She was absolutely phenomenal as our buyer's agent. We’ve purchased 5 homes over the years and no one comes close to her caliber of professionalism. Danielle is honest, very proactive, and rapidly responds EVERY time to answer our questions and concerns. She also ensured we were comfortable with and understood every step (home viewing and selection, inspection, title company, negotiations, closing, and rent-buyback.) She deftly handled the needs and concerns of two sets of parents, and our first time buying newlywed children, who also had many questions as they navigated the home buying process. She also skillfully negotiated a great deal! Most importantly, if you want a realtor that sees you as a person and not as a transaction, you must know that Danielle has a gentle soul and possesses a special empathy and compassion for others. Team Carver did an excellent job of selling my townhouse while I was away traveling. They handled all the marketing, negotiations, and sourcing and coordinating a few repairs the buyer required. Even though my travels made communications more challenging, they worked hard at keeping me updated and letting me know of decisions I had to make. I would definitely recommend Leslie and Team Carver to anyone buying or selling real estate.
