This is my second real estate transaction with Wendy Teixeira as my broker. Her performance in getting this house sold was outstanding. She had her hands full as I lived out of the area and the buyers had multiple requests for improvements before closing. Wendy coordinated everything keeping all of us informed and on the same page. She is a thorough professional skilled at all aspects of buying and selling process. She is ethical, always availability and charming to boot. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell or buy property in the Santa Maria market.

Wendy is the best! She knew we were selling our "home" of 28 years not just a "house" and that it would be an emotional time for us. She checked in sometimes just to make sure we were okay. We can't thank her enough for her open line of communication and professionalism. Wendy surrounds herself with other great peopleand that mad e our selling process must easier. We would highly recommend Wendy to our family and friends!

We live out of state and we needed to sell our parent’s home. We found a professional, caring, thoughtful, and compassionate agent that would be able to communicate with multiple family members. Wendy was our blessing! She is knowledgeable about the market area and with her expertise we listed the home with the appropriate price. In addition, with her community connections she and were able to direct us to multiple businesses to help us prepare the home for sale while being far away. Wendy and her team communicated to us regularly on the property status and was prompt in answering any questions we had from listing the property to closing escrow. We highly recommend her services!
