We live out of state and we needed to sell our parent’s home. We found a professional, caring, thoughtful, and compassionate agent that would be able to communicate with multiple family members. Wendy was our blessing! She is knowledgeable about the market area and with her expertise we listed the home with the appropriate price. In addition, with her community connections she and were able to direct us to multiple businesses to help us prepare the home for sale while being far away. Wendy and her team communicated to us regularly on the property status and was prompt in answering any questions we had from listing the property to closing escrow. We highly recommend her services!

I needed to move my mom to Northern California where I live (she’s 92) I work in construction and my bosses agent referred me to Wendy ( which I knew of cause I lived in Santa Maria for meany years) and was ecstatic that she would represent us for sale of moms home. The real blessing with Wendy is she is always available and never quites working to resolve any and all issues. I can honestly say I don’t know how she does it in this economy!
