Joann is and outstanding professional real estate agent and then some. Her on the job performance goes far beyond the normal. She has skill sets that include working with difficult family situations including sibling issues and passing of family members. The has wonderful contacts with quality construction firms for inspection and fix up projects. She knows the market, knows the lenders, knows the title folks and most importantly fully knows, understands and stays current with the real estate market. Joann is a complement to her profession. I have over 57 years experience as a CPA, Trustee and Advisor and Joann is one of the best.....Richard W. Christensen

Very nice and professional. Knowledgeable and looked after us not her own pocketbook by saying wait a little longer to buy because prices are still coming down. Most other agents were pushing us to buy because they needed the money. Would only use Jo Ann in the future. Saved us a ton of money.
