Vicki was helpful from day 1! This was a first time home buy for me and she was there for me every step of the way. We experienced some strange behavior from the seller side but Vicki was on top of it and made sure we were set to close on the agreed upon date. I highly recommend Vicki - there is no one better in the area!

Vicki was an invaluable resource in helping my husband and I buy our dream home. It was our first home and we were totally naive about the process, but Vicki guided us through every step with expertise, patience and kindness. We had unusual needs (we needed a home plus a large amount of workspace to use as artist studios) and were looking at unusual properties (an old synagogue, retail spaces, warehouses). She got it and helped us consider all the options. She knows the area very well and helped us understand the nuances of the different areas we were considering. We went into contract on a house, and when major issues were revealed during the inspection she encouraged us to walk away and keep looking, even though that meant we were back at square one. She counseled us as if we were family, she seemed to truly have our best interests at heart. Her advice was spot on, because we ended up finding a house that was so much better, and cheaper! When we finally found just the right home for us, she seemed as happy about it as we were. We were competing with other bids, and she advised us on how to make a competitive offer without overpaying. When our closing was delayed due to the pandemic, she pulled some strings to make it happen before our mortgage commitment expired. She knows everyone; she recommended a mortgage broker and real estate lawyer who were both wonderful to work with as well. We are recommending Vicki to all of our friends.

Vicki helped my family find our dream home. We went through a lot of dud agents before we found Vicki, and from the first phone call, she was thorough, responsive and warm. Vicki took us and our dog around to see listings, told us about the area, and gave her honest assessment of each listing. She worked with us through closing, answering questions and following up with us several times. I’d highly recommend Vicki as your agent if you’re reading this.

Vicki was SO wonderful to work with as my partner and i bought our first home together. She really held our hands through the process, making sure everything went smoothly and fielded all sorts of questions from us with grace and knowledge. I don't know if we would have been able to buy this house without her, and her extensive experience and fortitude in dealing with all the various elements of home-buying: banks, offers, inspections, etc. I recommend Vicki to everyone who is serious about finding themselves a new home: she will make you feel heard, seen, comfortable and capable as you find your perfect house.

We have had a number of experiences with real estate professionals over the years and Vicki is the best of the best. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, educated us through the home buying process, and was our strong advocate all along the way. Above all, she is a real pleasure to work with.
