Our short house-selling journey started when I left a message for Judy on Jan 1, 2024. Judy called me back almost immediately even though it was New Year’s Day. She scheduled a preliminary visit for a few days later. During this visit, Judy gave us a full rundown of the paperwork and the process to follow. She took a tour of the house and pointed out key things to remedy. Judy helped us arrive at a listing price based on her comps. Two weeks later, she brought her photographer to take pictures. Judy’s husband, Larry, also a realtor, helped with putting up the For Sale sign. The house listed the day after that. The very next day, day one, we had nine showings, followed by about 11 on day 2 and so on. Five days later, Judy advised us to cancel the remaining showings and we did. Exactly six days after listing, Judy came to our house with the offers we had received, and although she let us decide which offer to pick, we solicited her valuable advice. We asked Judy to recommend an attorney and she recommended the most efficient and capable firm. Judy came to our house faithfully during the house inspection, the septic cleanout, and the septic test. She took care of the details when we could not make it to an appointment. We finally closed and received our payment on the same day. My husband keeps praising me for finding this “stellar woman” for the job. Not only totally professional and ethical, but also personable, kind, accommodating, and genuine. She answered every text and every call, fielded every question, and guided us through every step. You just cannot go wrong with Judy or her husband Larry. What a wonderful couple of realtors. It was our first time selling a house and thanks to Judy, it was a very fast and quick process.

Judy was a great realtor! She came highly recommended from a friend of ours, and we feel lucky to have been connected with her. Judy replied to messages near-instantly, reached out to other realtors to set up walkthroughs very quickly (especially with the house we ultimately bought), and negotiated as needed. We found our new (dream) home fairly early on in the process and, thanks to her, it all went very smoothly! We highly recommend Judy as a realtor!

Judy was a delight to work with and was always quick to respond to our questions and needs. Her husband Larry was a wonderful help as well. We met them at an open house and immediately knew that we wanted to work with them.

Larry was a great and supportive ally in the current real estate market. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond for us to get into our dream home. There were many ups and downs in our process, but Larry was a beacon of light and hope, and helped us get to the finish line. We couldn't recommend him more.
