This was the easiest real estate transaction I've ever done. Tori and her team coordinated all aspects--from contract signing through staging to sale and closing--seamlessly. I never had an email go unanswered. A great plus is that Tori and Anna were honest and aboveboard in every aspect. I felt I could trust them.

We were initially set up with Laura through Zillow and after meeting her in person at our first house showing, we instantly connected and continued our buying and selling journey with her. She was very knowledgeable about properties and what was fair given the current market. She was also quick to respond to our questions and flexible with showing times. While being professional, she was also very relatable and didn’t make us feel as if we were a burden. Highly recommend working with her if you want a positive house buying and selling experience!

Laura is the absolute best! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to help with anything you might need. She was able to get us much more for our house than we ever expected to sell it for and was able to secure our new home as well. Texting with Laura has been great and she always responds within a timely manner. Highly recommend using Laura for buying or selling, as my wife and I did for both. Thank you so much Laura!

Michelle is amazing!!! From staging, photos, showings and closing. Everything went smoothly and quickly! We really appreciate everything she did and always kept us informed! Would recommend her to anyone!!! We are very happy and satisfied!!!! She is one of the best around the capital region!!!
