Laura Farrell was a great agent. She's knowledgable, responsive, pro-active, and a pleasure to work with. She was approachable and actively involved in every step of the home buying process, often following up with other parties to make sure the deal closed quickly and smoothly. She offered good advice at every stage of the process, which was particularly helpful early on when we were trying to narrow down which houses we would like to view in person.
