Ted and his associates were always professional, and gave us good advice and feedback while our house was on the market. we felt that their marketing and advertising plan ultimately were responsible for the sale of our house. Our property was a unique place that needed a special buyer, and Ted limited showings to serious buyers.

Ted’s company sold my house in my requested timeline and for a price that was agreeable to both, me, the seller and the buyer as well. It was a win win deal. He uses sales tools that you won’t find on many of the big commercial companies. I’d recommend Ted Banta and his real estate sales team to anyone.
