Troy is phenomenal! All of his predictions proved to be accurate and he made the process very comfortable. We had multiple offers right away on our home we listed with him and received $20,000+ more than we anticipated just as he predicted. Troy is beyond professional, honest, and quick to respond to anything that comes up. No games with Troy! Highly recommend him to anyone moving to the Lansing area.

We have know Troy since 2018 and he has helped us buy two homes and sell one. He is the best Realtor's we have ever worked with, which is saying a lot, we have owned 5 homes in 3 different states. He is always easy to communicate with, very responsive and truly cares about what is in his clients best interests. If you're looking to buy in the Lansing area, I cannot recommend Chad enough. My husband and I had a long list of wants/needs and were quite picky about what we wanted - it felt like finding a needle in a haystack. Chad walked us through the process in this crazy market and was consistently understanding as well as real with us - it felt like at times he was doubling as a therapist as we worked to find the right house. He fought for us on numerous occasions and was a skilled negotiator - as it was our first time buying we didn't always know what to expect and he always explained things thoroughly. This and his background in building and local contacts made him extremely helpful when viewing homes. Given the seller's market, he never gave up on us and always advised us so that we didn't overextend ourselves. I really appreciated our rapport and he was always easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend Chad! If we ever decide to move again, I wouldn't call anyone else!
