After two years of searching I was able to find the perfect home. Joe was very patient and understanding with me being a young home buyer. Joe's relentless work found me a great home and negotiated a price well below market value. He was always willing to show me a home and on several occasions we visited the same home more than once before I was ready to make an offer. I very much appreciate his work ethic!

It's nearly impossible to get any response from this office, and when you do, it's DAYS later if at all. We had to move on to another agent because on multiple occasions, we had asked to see homes and missed out due to slow or zero response. I was under the impression that people pay a realtor to find a home- not have to find one themselves and hunt down an agent to see a home or make an offer.

Our experience wasn't exactly standard, as we decided to purchase our home while Joe was out of state on vacation. However, he was excellent just the same! He'd shown us several houses over a few different weekends before he left, and got us in touch with his associate in case we had any questions while he was away. (He even managed to correspond with us via email while on vacation, and answered all of our dumb questions with a digital smile). I would definitely recommend Joe to others if you're looking for a guy to help you through the home buying process.

I used Remax Finest in St. johns specifically I worked with Mike Johnson and Laura. On a whim I called the number out front of a house that peaked my interest. Mike Johnson answered the phone and was able to meet us that very same day, Mike was very Very responsive and very easy to work with. I had went through several agents in the past and in homes where things were not right ie foundation issues mold issues bad roofs they tried to mask the issue. Mike was not one of those people, Mike wasn't just trying to sell a house he was truly vested in helping us find our home. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend him to EVERYONE! -- Thank you Mike (and Laura) from the big blue house ;)

Corrections: The home that Mr. Mullaney showed to me was in Alma, MI. Mr. Mullaney called me back and was very nice - he stated that calls are passed on to several of his associates and he was upset that nobody put the calls through. As indicated in my earlier reference - I was interested in the property and this was to be a cash sale. I cannot get Mr. Mullaney or his office to return my calls, although I have tried several times. I was particularly interested in 329 Ely and I assume that this house has already been sold. I am still interested in purchasing a property in Alma if there are any other realty companies interested in contacting me. Please note, that I just read the posted reviews and noticed that another potential employee also found Mr. Mullaney to be unresponsive.
