This was our second time working with Stella. She helped us buy this home and we had an exceptional experience so naturally she was the first person we called when it was time to sell it. As we assumed would happen, we had another wonderful experience. Stella was actually able to help us sell the house before it even made it to listing and we got everything we hoped for and more. The inspection and closing process went off without a hitch. We are not in the area anymore but if we were, we would absolutely continue to work with Stella as our agent. I would give her the highest recommendation to anyone looking for an agent. Thank you for everything Stella, we will miss you!

I have worked with Stella Boak twice, once to sell a home in 2019 and once to buy a home in 2021. Stella is everything you want in an agent: she is knowledgeable, meticulous, detail oriented and responsive. The home we bought this summer was a second home and we were unable to leave our home in Wisconsin to see the property. Stella worked with friends of ours and showed us several properties remotely. She made the process easy and we were delighted with our new home when we saw it the first time. She worked well with our lender, the inspector, the appraiser and the seller's agent. She even went to let our movers in to the property before we arrived. She is thoroughly professional and fun to work with. You can't go wrong with Stella!

Stella did a great job helping me find my first house. Stella has a great knowledge of the area and was always willing to answer any questions I would come up with. Stella was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Stella and have a number of friends who have had great experiences with Stella be their realtor as well.

We appreciated working with Stella so much, she was our buying agent in 2014 and our selling agent in 2019. Stella is very responsive, always clear and concise and extremely knowledgable about the market. If you're working with Stella Boak, you are working with one of the best.

Stella was recommended to me by friends and, indeed, her real estate and interpersonal skills did not disappoint! Stella has a very calm and patient demeanor, supportive of a prospective buyer's needs. She is not pushy, attempting to persuade a client to buy, but rather is pursuant in a property of interest truly meeting a client's criteria. Information provided by Stella was presented in an unbiased and factual way. She unrelentingly showed real estate properties to me for 8 months in a seller's market, was very responsive in returning calls and/or providing information requested by me, and was never late or missed an appointment. As a first time home buyer, Stella had to answer many real estate and procedural questions, and did so with respect and patience. I can highly recommend her as a realtor.
