Adriane helped us buy our first house from afar as we relocated to East Lansing. She was great about getting inspectors out and ensuring the sellers followed through with their promises, and kept us in the loop the entire time. She made the process much easier. When we went to move, we wanted to list with her too; it was clear she has done her research and made more than the standard sales pitch. However, we accepted a private offer before listing. Still, she was gracious enough to answer our questions about selling a house in the area even though she didn't represent us.

Horrible and unsettling experience. I had to find my own title company because she claimed that no one would insure my home because of a quitclaim deed…completely not true. She then said that I might need to contact the attorney general about selling my home…It seemed that she had a hidden agenda…I’ll just say that. She put my house on the market, and then I was forced to take it off because she never found a title company. Find someone that’s, genuine and trustworthy.

Agradecida con Adriane, ella nos ayudo a cumplir nuestro sueño, a encontrar nuestro hogar, nos ayudo a comprender el proceso, también con el idioma, ya que mi esposo y yo hablamos muy poco inglés, pero ese no fue un problema para nosotros, teniendo a Adriane a nuestro lado, Gracias Adriane Lau.

Great experience with Rayce. Very friendly and knowable of the homes he showed. Was in contact through out the whole home buying process. Rayce knew what to look for in each home to make sure they were sound and safe homes to put an offer on. Very honest and hard worker.
