My interactions with Adriane were all great. I really appreciated her style and she was very comfortable to be around. I never felt like she was just trying to sell me on something. Instead, I felt like she was really trying to help me figure out what I myself wanted by providing me with important information and feedback on my thoughts. Also, Adriane clearly knew the Lansing/East Lansing/Okemos/Haslett area like the back of her hand

Adriane helped us so much selling our old home while simultaneously buying a new home. Adriane helped us look at properties and when not able due to scheduling conflicts she always made sure we were helped by another agent. And always kept in contact and had great communication throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend Adriane enough!

Adriane helped us buy our first home 15 years ago, and we didn’t hesitate to call her again when we were ready to sell that house and find our new home. We needed to sell our home first in order to buy a new one, and with Adriane and her team’s marketing and pricing strategies we received multiple offers for well over asking and were under contract within days of hitting the market. She then helped us write a competitive offer to beat out other buyers and find our new home, and we were able to close on both houses in the same week! Adriane was fantastic to work with! She was able to help us navigate this wild market with ease. There was no question too big or too small for her to answer. She had us visit houses even before we were ready to make an offer, so that we knew exactly what we were looking for. Had we not done that, then I think we could have jumped into something we weren’t as excited about due to how quick houses were flying off the market. We thought it was a very smart and generous use of her time. We highly recommend her and her staff.

Adriane helped us buy our first house from afar as we relocated to East Lansing. She was great about getting inspectors out and ensuring the sellers followed through with their promises, and kept us in the loop the entire time. She made the process much easier. When we went to move, we wanted to list with her too; it was clear she has done her research and made more than the standard sales pitch. However, we accepted a private offer before listing. Still, she was gracious enough to answer our questions about selling a house in the area even though she didn't represent us.
