This was my first time purchasing a home and I felt overwhelmed and intimidated by the process. However, Joanne was so friendly, reassuring and helpful the whole time. She explained everything as we went along and was quick to respond to questions or concerns. She called me a unicorn because I went into escrow and bought a place so fast but really she was my unicorn. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help me with my first purchase.

As a first time home buyer, Joanne made this process easy and fun. From the first day we went looking, she taught me everything I needed to know. Anytime I needed something or had a question, anytime I wanted to look at a property, she was there no questions asked. I am sure if I didn't have Joanne in my corner, I would not have gotten the house I wanted. Super personable, professional, high energy, passionate, and an absolute STUD!

We really, really loved working with Joanne! We were first-time home-buyers in this crazy sellers market and there’s no way we could have won our dream home without her help! Joanne comes with a wealth of knowledge and she really takes the time to explain everything to her clients. We learned so much from her during this process and felt confident in our decisions because of it. Joanne is an agent on both the buying and selling sides, and it really helped with some of the tactics we used to stand out in our offers! Joanne never pushed us towards something that wasn’t right, nor did she ever make us feel like we needed to settle for anything other than exactly what we dreamed of. She really, truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Additionally, her responsiveness, professionalism, and business partners made it so easy and delightful to work with her. We are so grateful for her and her generosity! WE COULD NOT HAVE WON WITHOUT JOANNE! We highly, highly recommend her!!

I would not be in a home without Joanne! She put me and my family first. When I state that she went above and beyond, it is not an exaggeration. I know many realtors and have used several, and NONE compare to the dedication, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism of Joanne. You do a disservice to yourself by not using Joanne.

We LOVED working with Joanne! She was knowledgeable, professional, and so patient with us. Joanne negotiated an awesome deal for us and we couldn’t be more thankful! She even helped with collecting boxes for our move! She’s the sweetest and we highly recommend her to everyone we know!
