I really don’t have the words. Melissa and the entire Yancy realty group has become a part of my family. It may sound cliche but they are the absolute best. From the very start, Melissa took note of my family’s wants and needs and was on her job faithfully. There was never a house that met all our needs she didn’t send over. She’s extremely hardworking and so so sweet and professional, extra on the sweet. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to housing and it helps she has an eye for GC as well. I really can’t thank this lady enough for everything. Making this first time experience such a positive one. Melissa, you are amazing!!

She was amazing best realtor ever she really helped with making sure that I was getting my money’s worth when it came to a house. She also helped with making sure I got a good house and making sure I didn’t have to put more money into a house then what it was worth
