This message is a little late getting posted but want to send praises out to Todd for helping us out with our home sale. We were in a difficult situation and Todd assured us he could help and he did! It took tries at a couple different programs available to him but he never gave up and finally found a solution that worked. He helped get some necessary work done on the home and found a buyer in a very reasonable time. We even came out of the deal with a little money in out pockets! I can't recommend Todd and his team highly enough, he is very good at what he does. Thanks, Todd !

Josh did a great job looking out for my needs and listened to what I was asking for when it came to a house that would work well for me. He always kept my budget in mind made note of the things I said would be dealbreakers, until I was able to find the right place for me.

Spencer was a great help in steamlining and ensuring the detail of the negotiations. He took it upon himself multiple times to ensure all measures in our contract were met to a satisfactory degree. He knew multiple local contactors and repairmen who were able to address some of the property's faults. His work is prompt and detailed, and he explained each step of the process to me, which was exceedingly helpful. I'd recommend him as an agent to those looking.

When we first met with Todd, we had already interviewed a couple of other agents and it became apparent that Todd was the right choice to get our home sold. With his years of experience and strategies to sell such as his Open House parties, he was able to help us sell our home for more money than we thought possible. It was such a seamless process!
