As a first time home buyer, I cannot give Brian enough credit. My wife and I have always dreamed of finding our first home for as long as we've been together. We built a wish list and had big ideas. Brian helped us realize them. He brought us in and showed us a bunch of homes in our price range, talked about the best restaurants and activities in that part of town, pointed out features we never would have considered as renters, and really helped us focus on what was important. It really felt like we had a friend on the inside to help guide us. We quickly got started touring homes and he did a fantastic job of reading our concerns and recognizing our interests through the process. Now and then, he would drop little tid-bits pertaining to something we had mentioned in our conversations or in previous walk through's. He really listens to you. Outside of his ability to help you get right where you want to be, he has amazing networking skills. Not only with his team, but with the whole community involved in the process. Recommending lenders, restaurants and communities. Long story short, Brian has been fantastic to work with. We appreciate him, Kegan, and the rest of the Kenmore Team.

David is amazing. He knew exactly what we were looking for in a home and made looking a painless and positive experience. He was easy to communicate with and was always available when we had questions. His knowledge of the area and surrounding communities gave us peace of mind as we made our home choice. We highly recommend him and would use him again in the future.

KC Did An Outstanding job through the whole process from initial listing to closing. She Was Fun to work with and made the whole process run smooth. we will definately use her and the team again for our next purchase or sale.
