Araceli is a very busy agent. She has a lot of clients and still found some time to show us homes and help negotiate a in house sell. She took a hit to her commissions just so our offer could be accepted. She did not get to be there for closing but she did deliver a beautiful bouquet of flowers and chocolates for my kids.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to help us buy our first home. Forrest works very hard and has great communication and follow up. He had our house under contract with a full price offer in a week as well as a back up offer. There were a few complications on the buyer's end, but Forrest kept us updated all the way through the process. Forrest is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.
