Araceli is a very busy agent. She has a lot of clients and still found some time to show us homes and help negotiate a in house sell. She took a hit to her commissions just so our offer could be accepted. She did not get to be there for closing but she did deliver a beautiful bouquet of flowers and chocolates for my kids.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to help us buy our first home. As a young couple, the process felt overwhelming at times, but they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. Joseph took his time explaining everything clearly, answered all of our questions (no matter how small), and truly had our best interests at heart. We always felt heard and never pressured.

Forrest works very hard and has great communication and follow up. He had our house under contract with a full price offer in a week as well as a back up offer. There were a few complications on the buyer's end, but Forrest kept us updated all the way through the process. Forrest is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

Forrest was great! He got our home shown multiple times and under contract within a week of listing it. Final closing was hindered by the buyers' realtor but Forrest made sure everything got handled and answered all of our questions.
