Hands down the best realtor, assistant (Deb Carter) and team. Ken knows the market and the community, he negotiated top dollar for the home he sold for us and was extremely patient in helping us find the right home to purchase. Every detail was addressed and the communication was constant. We cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received with Ken Poletski.

Ken and everyone at Community Real Estate Group were amazing to work with. They really made the building and buying process an enjoyable one. They were all so friendly and responsive. E-Mails and phone calls were always returned right away.

Ken is very aware of the market and what is realistic. He will do his best to get you the best deal, but overall he let's you decide what you want to do. He does not pressure you into anything- very respectable!

Ken is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. He is also very helpful with the entire buying and selling process, including excellent points of contact in every aspect. (Loans, insurance, appliances, warranty, fencing, & landscaping) <br/><br/>Ken will be very honest with you throughout your process. I highly recommend you give him a call, whether you are buying, selling, or building.

Ken is easy to work with. He has a laid back personality which was calming to me in stressful times. We came from out of town and he did many walk throughs via FaceTime. There were a lot of issues with closing and he fought hard for us. Great guy, great follow up!
