She is the best! We had a fantastic experience working with Tina. Her expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire home-buying process. What sets Tina apart is her commitment to customer satisfaction; even after the purchase was finalized, she continued to offer invaluable assistance and guidance. We were first time home buyers and very nervous about the whole process but Tina's unwavering support made the entire journey smooth, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and caring realtor.

I have had the most wonderful experience working with Tina Fanelli Moraccini! Tina helped us purchase our dream lot in Camarillo. She is the ultimate professional, detail oriented, determined and dedicated, as well as just an all around good person and joy to work with. Tina consistently responded to my questions and requests promptly. She did research and pounded the pavement to find us just what we wanted. Her work ethic is extraordinary and she is such a pleasure to interact with. She made the entire process easy and smooth,. I cannot say enough positive things about this lovely woman. I highly recommend her to everyone and plan to work with her again to purchase a home for our daughter.

Working with Tina and Off Mulholland was amazing from beginning to end. I cannot speak highly enough of Tina's determination to help us find our dream home, which she did! I chose to work with her because from the day I started reaching out to multiple agents she was the first to contact me back immediately and her consistency never faltered. She never missed a beat answering any questions day or night, weekday or weekend. What truly made her a pleasure to work with was her demeanor. She was someone who negotiated hard and long when needed but our personal interactions always felt comfortable and like I was working with a good friend. Her knowledge of Los Angeles and surrounding areas was extremely helpful, even to a local. There were many moving parts and people involved in our process and she handled everything with grace and ease. She is a gem and I am so happy we found her at the beginning of our search.

We were so fortunate to have Tina help us purchase our 1st California home. Having just moved here in 2017 from Dallas,TX, we were incredibly overwhelmed by the competitive housing market here in Los Angeles. We looked online for months, feeling frustrated and saddened that we may not be able to purchase our own home. Nearly all of the houses in our price range were in poor shape or in bad locations, or just way too far from our jobs. Tina was always encouraging, sending me lots of property ideas after quickly understanding what our needs were. We finally spotted a darling house in North Hollywood, and Tina met us there in a moment’s notice after I texted her. We fell in love immediately and knew this HAD to be our home. Tina helped us navigate the entire process, holding our hands along the way. She totally went to bat for us. She had multiple conversations on our behalf with the seller’s team. She was always available by phone, text, or email at anytime of the day or night. She guided us through each and every step of the process, and was truly a shining light for us. We love our little slice of heaven here in LA, and have Tina to thank for making this dream come true. She will be a friend for life.
