Amazingly responsive, skilled, and knowledgeable agents. I have never worked with any realtors like these. We looked for homes for several years before we found the right one. They were very gracious about showing us any houses we were interested in during that entire time. They exhibited patience above and beyond the call of duty. They are extremely knowledgeable about the local market values, and I trust their advice implicitly. You shouldn’t miss the opportunity to work with them. You will not regret it!

This team gets it done. My main contact was Alyce Walker. She, along with Tim & Tammie & Christina meshed to take care of my sale. This team also sold my daughter’s home then represented us in purchase of home we are now in. I trust them & highly recommend them, whether buying or selling.

From our first discussion to the final closing, I was impressed with this agent's ability to assess the situation and make thorough, meaningful and really good suggestions for me to get top dollar for my house. I was concerned because the market was slowing down and I thought I needed to address a multitude of issues with the house. Tim carefully explained the items I really needed, I followed his advice especially with pricing, and my house sold to the very first buyer at full price!! Believe you me, it pays to have an experienced agent on your side and I would always choose Tim Rohan!!!
