If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Theresa Lunt. We live in a Services industry but rarely do I find exceptional service. Theresa provides exceptional realtor expertise and then some. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, an expert in home purchasing or sales strategies, she listens, and responses to all your communications. With the personal attention, I feel as if I am her only client. I have had the pleasure of working with Theresa recently in finding my current home in a very competitive market in a great neighborhood. Also, based on my recommendation, she helped a good friend submit a bid for her dream home near the DPAC in Durham which had multiple bidders (10+). In both cases, Theresa suggested different options and strategies to each of us regarding how we might succeed, and we did. In this market, I know such success can be rare. Theresa is an exemplary real estate agent, a professional, and on top of that a very nice person. Theresa was amazing in a complicated and aggressive market. She gave us excellent advice that allowed us to submit a strong offer on our now home. She was very knowledgeable of the area we were house shopping within and guided us to make a decision that served us best. Her communication was always above and beyond, even after purchasing the home, she still checks in to see how we are. I am sure she is a natural born negotiator and knows just what to do when it comes down to the nitty gritty. She was extremely familiar with the process in which she guided us through constantly and kept in communication with the sellers agent as well. I never doubted her expertise or her ability to get the job done. We really appreciate her hard work and dedication! Would DEFINETLY recommend her to a friend!
