I can't say enough good things about Matt. He helped me with a home purchase in 2018 and the process was so smooth. Communication with Matt is like talking with one of your oldest friends or a family member who genuinely cares for you and wants what is best for you and will bring you the most joy. I've have been back and forth about being in the market recently and Matt has been so patient with me as I've changed my mind close to one million times already. My husband and I have very different personalities and buying styles and Matt was a MASTER at being able to help us both feel comfortable. He was always so fast to respond, helpful at coaxing us along when we were a little lost and really helpful when we were ready to be aggressive and find THE ONE. If we planned 4cto five homes to view each day and I found another one the night before, he attempted to get us in to view that home as well. He is very kind, thoughtful.and considered of the buyers needs. He goes the extra mile, working late when needed and getting things done. Returns calls and emailsxright away. I worked with one of the associates of Keith Bliss, Matt Kerekes, and he was quite helpful in locating homes that fit my needs and budget. While the sales market was hot when working with Matt as many houses quickly went under contract before even doing a visit, Matt was good in following-up to be sure that as houses became available we were able to do a site walk through. Matt even helped arrange a tour of a house wanted to see on short notice. The expertise and knowledge of Matt was invaluable and helped make the process of a first time home buyer easy.
