Davis and Annette have helped me find two homes for me so far. They also were very helpful with the renovation contractor recommendations and property manager recommendation. They are very knowledgeable on all things real estate and have great connections to make sure that the house you get becomes a home. I stumbled upon a home that I was interested in buying and saw that Davis Holt & team were the selling agency on the property next door. I reached out to Davis and he was fantastic - he was very genuine, gave great advice and wanted what was best for us. Even though we did not end up purchasing the home, I can confidently say that this team goes above and beyond and has your best interest in mind.
