It was an absolute joy working with Terry and his team for the sale of our home. He contributed valuable input and suggestions for marketing, but didn’t push anything. It was an older home that we had owned for 38 years, and they went ‘above and beyond’ getting it presentable for sale, including impressive staging of the then-empty house. We were impressed with his marketing of the home, which thankfully (since we had already purchased our new home out of state) sold the first weekend on the market, even though it was priced competitively.
