Terry has been a very well known realtor in our Westminster neighborhood for decades. So when it was time for us to sell our home, of course we reached out to him. Best decision we’ve ever made! Terry is extremely attentive, responsive and has gone above and beyond in every aspect of selling our home. From taking the reins on the many improvements made to the property to keeping us well informed along the way. I find him extremely trustworthy and accountable, both of which are very important to me. Our home sold for top dollar and in lightening fast speed. I am in awe! It was an absolute joy working with Terry and his team for the sale of our home. He contributed valuable input and suggestions for marketing, but didn’t push anything. It was an older home that we had owned for 38 years, and they went ‘above and beyond’ getting it presentable for sale, including impressive staging of the then-empty house. We were impressed with his marketing of the home, which thankfully (since we had already purchased our new home out of state) sold the first weekend on the market, even though it was priced competitively. We were also assured that the Terry McCarty Group was associated with Coldwell Banker Realty. We highly recommend Terry and Terry McCarty Group.

I had high hopes when working with Terry, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark during crucial process moments. My concerns and preferences were not prioritized, which made the experience frustrating and stressful. A noticeable lack of attention to detail also resulted in missed opportunities and errors that could have been avoided with more diligence. I expected higher professionalism and commitment, but sadly, it did not meet my expectations. There is room for improvement, especially regarding clear communication and client-focused service. However, I believe that with the right adjustments, Terry can grow and provide better experiences for future clients. My feedback is intended to be constructive and supportive of this growth.

I worked with Terry to sell my condo while I moved to another state for work. He was great to work with and communicated well throughout the process. He knew the market in Huntington Beach and came prepared with info on comps to help me understand what he was thinking. He had my property staged, helped find contractors to fix things, and we had decided on an offer quickly after the first open house weekend. Terry made the process very smooth!
