If I could give Lance ten stars I would! Lance helped me, as an inexperienced Trustee, with the sale of my mother’s former home in California, while I remained on the East Coast. There were complicating family dynamics that he completely understood and respected. Everything was done professionally-from creating a market report, hiring local workers to prepare the home for sale, taking beautiful photos, personally hosting an open house, and negotiating with potential buyers’ agents. His experience and professional advice were invaluable in ensuring the best offer was ultimately accepted. Communication was constant, and all legal paperwork was done electronically.
