Robert and Diane were a huge pleasure to work with in selling our home. They're extremely service-oriented and thoughtful, and they take their time to explain and strategize with you every step of the way. Robert's responsiveness, calm demeanor, and deep knowledge of the industry were much appreciated during what can be a very stressful process, and he notably went out of his way to help handle any issues when we weren't able to be at the property. Diane did a fantastic job staging the house, and the manner in which they run their open houses, from the customized description note cards to the added security cameras when we weren't there, all speak to how they strive to go above and beyond.
