Team Etem (Pam, Darren, and Nigel) is your best bet for selling your house for top dollar! They keep close tabs on the ever changing market in OC. The Team has a plethora of highly skilled professional associates (title, escrow, staging, and various repair vendors) to draw upon as needed. Each member of Team Etem contributes their own skillset to the cause, creating a tailored experience. They are highly motivated and only succeed, if you succeed. In my personal experience, I represented a Trust selling a home outside of my county which added another layer of complexity. I needed the guidance of knowledgeable professionals in the area to navigate the process. Pam and Darren gave me their undivided attention; as if I was their only client (which was absolutely not the case). The property was very distressed. Pam and Darren had the vision to see that the property could be turned into a “gem” with minimal improvements. Darren was able to line up contractors to complete the updates with precision and in a very timely manner. Team Etem offered their expert advice, but always left all decisions up to me. In the end, their advice was extremely profitable for the Trust, with absolutely no stress on my end. The Etems treat each client with respect and thoughtfulness. I will be forever grateful to Pam and Darren. I met them during one of the most vulnerable and overwhelming times in my life, and they provided a loving, supportive, and safe space for me to land. After losing both of my parents in a short span of time, I was faced with the task of selling their home—my childhood home, filled with memories. Pam and Darren were a guiding light throughout that difficult journey, making the entire process of selling the house smooth, calm, and positive. Their compassion, integrity, and heart-driven approach were invaluable. I truly appreciated their clear communication, honesty, transparency, and expert guidance. I have known Team Etem Real Estate for more than 10 years and wouldn't do business with any other Real Estate companies. They are extremely professional, transparent, honest and loyal to their clients. You can definitely trust them to do what is best for you throughout the whole journey "of this process". I had the most amazing opportunity to work with Pam and Darren when I was looking to sell my home. I only have the most positive things to say about the Etem team. There are so many real estate agents to choose from and that it can be so overwhelming. Pam, Darren and Nigel completely went above and beyond for me. They have so much experience that they were 100% on top of things from beginning to end. Not only are they ethical and so thoughtful but also their ability to communicate with potential home buyers and other agents is effortless. They have a great network of resources and people they work with and made what could have been a very stressful process completely seamless for me. I am incredibly grateful for their commitment and dedication and they always had my best interest at heart. The level of personalized customer service and care they show to each of their clients is exemplary and so rare these days. They were on vacation in Croatia and stayed in communication with me. We owned a townhouse in Anaheim that was left to us by a family member. It had been rented for years at a below-market rent due to its poor condition. After making inquiries online to help us make the decision whether to fix up the property to lease for better income or to sell it as-is, we received numerous calls from realtors including one from Pam Etem of Team Etem Real Estate. At the end of the call, we knew it was necessary to meet this team before considering anyone else. Our first meeting with Pam & Darren convinced us their knowledge, experience and suggestions were just what we needed. Over the following months, we knew we made the best decision to engage in a relationship with them. The market took a few turns during this COVID-19 period, and they helped us along the way to a perfect conclusion. Darren’s experience with a remodel we undertook and their suggestions along the way and contacts they referred to us assisted in accomplishing a 1031 exchange for a replacement property, for which we are so thankful. They went above and beyond connecting us with realtors in Oregon and California resort areas until we identified a wonderful property in the local mountains. The agent they identified there was top-notch and a delight to work with for the purchase. Their recommendation of the 1031 exchange company sealed the deal flawlessly. All along the way they communicated their recommendations based on updates in the local real estate market and potential changes in laws and tax liabilities. Their marketing strategy of the Anaheim property and sale price achieved were optimal. Our selling experience was made a lot less stressful thanks to Pam and Darren.
