Team Tackney helped us buy our first home and we are so great full for their kindness, empathy and patience. It took us over 6 offers but we are so happy! Titus was a gem! He is a negotiating demon and has the patience of a saint. His knowledge of the process was so helpful! He knows what to look for in a new home and gave us great advice. The whole team helped in ways that we are so grateful for everyone single of them! Shout out to Jeff for talking us through some confusing paperwork and Pearla for being the best admin and notary!! Our buyers chose a terrible escrow company but everyone was there to talk us down from the edge and smooth everything over to be completed in time for closing.

Nancy and her team at Tackney Real Estate really came through for us when it came time to move our Mother out of her house of nearly 50 years. They came in with high expectations which we picked up on very quickly and immediately felt that these were the right people to help our mother get set financially for her "Golden Years". Within the first 2-3 days of listing, they had brought in multiple offers well above the asking price. They were constantly checking in with us, letting us know which way the "wind was blowing", answering any concerns which we had, and even when a buyer's financing fell through after we thought we had it nailed down, they brought back an even better all-cash offer within the week. Needless to say we were very satisfied with with our choice.

Nancy is seriously THE best ! My husband and I were stressed out and nervous about buying in this bonkers market UNTIL we hired Nancy.
