Teresa and her team, Claire and Steve were fantastic. The intimately know the Las Vegas area after more than 25 years of experience each. They listened closely to what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. Teresa walked me through the buying process in great detail. She was very easy to connect with and always available. I felt like I was her only client. After the home was purchased I needed to remodel it from top to bottom. She and her team had a list of very capable tradesmen who I hired to complete the work. They all performed above my expectations. I am so glad I relied on Teresa for these recommendations. I had no idea a real estate agent would do this. There are too many examples of her going above and beyond what I ever expected and agent to do. She treated me like family. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have every had and I'm 71 years old. What a gift she is. My hat is off to you with much appreciation.

I am so happy we had Claire as our Agent! She asked a lot of questions to determine what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations regarding neighborhoods and homes. She had an amazing attention to detail, was always on time and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable through the entire process. If you are looking to buy or sell in Las Vegas, specifically Summerland, Claire is the agent you should work with!

Teresa is very knowledgeable with how the sales market is going in Las Vegas. She always kept me informed and looked after my best interest. I am from Hawaii and never met her in person, but she gave me a feeling of complete trust.

Teresa McCormick and her team are truly a pleasure to work with. We felt like we were her only clients. If you are looking for a home here in Las Vegas, Teresa is your realtor! She was on top of everything from start to finish, had great recommendations, very accommodating to our last-minute requests, and was attentive to the list of things we required in a new home. We were the picky clients that looked for over a year before buying. Teresa is no longer just our realtor; she is now our friend.

The very BEST!, we were referred by a friend to Teresa McCormick to sell our home in Las Vegas. From the very first meeting with her at the home, the day we called her, it was obvious she and her team, Steve and Claire were the ones to go with! Her knowledge of the market, current inventory, pricing strategies and suggestions with small changes we could do to get top dollar in short order proved true to the core. She knew exactly what to do, who to call, and working with her team to keep everything from the prep-work and Staging, That she did on her own, to the listing going live on a very tight time frame that we established and THEY MEET! We had multiple offers with in the first 6 hours, when the first accepted offer fell thru because of a roof issue Theresa knew who to call to inspect and repair, we were back on the market in 3 days and under contract that afternoon, thousands over asking! The escrow and closing process were fantastic working with Teresa’s team, although we did miss the original closing due to an issue with the buyers Teresa was there guiding us every step of the way We have worked with many agents and brokers over the years in many states. We can say hands down that this was the VERY BEST Real estate transaction we have ever completed.
