Quite literally, Darin is the best! I worked with Darin for nearly a year (!) as a first time homebuyer who didn't know exactly what I wanted. Darin went to so many properties with me and was always patient and understanding. He pointed out different characteristics about properties that I wouldn't have noticed, and gave me really good information to think about as I waded through my options. Then he found me THE ONE. And as always, Darin delivered. He advocated for me as a seller and ultimately my offer was accepted (in a highly competitive purchase). Darin walked me through this first-time process with so much grace, enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism. His responsiveness was consistently superb, and his get-it-done personality and ability to execute is something I completely admire as a business owner myself. He was efficient with my time, broke down the seemingly confusing process to me in a way that I could understand, and gave me the confidence I needed to make such a big purchase - and I can't thank him enough! I highly recommend Darin and would absolutely work with him again.

LLOYD = Phenomenal. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Spoke to 7 agents and did a lot of screening to find someone that matched my intensity. This man truly defines collaboration. First, he is available 24x7x365 for every little or big question. Extremely knowledgeable about the market and how to work the "angles". He went above and beyond at every turn, ensuring the entire process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Offered invaluable advice on home preparation/market trends and what to spend time and where not to waste time.
