Quite literally, Darin is the best! I worked with Darin for nearly a year (!) as a first time homebuyer who didn't know exactly what I wanted. Darin went to so many properties with me and was always patient and understanding. He pointed out different characteristics about properties that I wouldn't have noticed, and gave me really good information to think about as I waded through my options. Then he found me THE ONE. And as always, Darin delivered. He advocated for me as a seller and ultimately my offer was accepted (in a highly competitive purchase). Darin walked me through this first-time process with so much grace, enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism. His responsiveness was consistently superb, and his get-it-done personality and ability to execute is something I completely admire as a business owner myself.
