I cannot recommend Wendy and her team enough! As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I relied heavily on her expertise. We had a lot of questions, and she was always prompt to answer and thorough with her explanations. Wendy's team helped provided detailed market data and insightful neighborhood statistics for us as well. By the time we were ready to purchase a house, we felt confident that we knew what we were getting into. Wendy had prepared us well. The real magic, however, was in her negotiation skills. When we found our dream home, we were competing against multiple offers. Some of the offers included buyers willing to pay more than us. Wendy is a wizard though. She knew exactly how to structure our offer in a way to make it the most attractive one on the table. With some smooth negotiation skills and a bit of back and forth, Wendy encouraged the seller to choose our offer. We couldn't believe it. My wife and I landed the home of our dreams, outcompeting other buyers, because of Wendy and her magic. We absolutely would not have secured our dream home without her mastery. If you want a realtor who fights for you, hire Wendy!

Wendy and her team did a fantastic job selling my home in Anaheim. She is very knowledgeable about the market, professional and negotiated a fantastic price! I live out of state and she took care of many details that were difficult for me to do not being in the area. She visited competing listings, met vendors, communicated with me regularly and went above and beyond the entire transaction. I would highly recommend working with her for either selling or buying a home.

Wendy put in extra effort and was proactive on the things that needed to be done. I would call to ask hercto do something and she would do it right away, several times what I asked for was already done. She helped get the house cleaned and ready for the new owners. She was cheerful and a good communicator throughout the process.

Wendy is a terrific agent! I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to family and friends. I attended an open house on my street and was impressed with her immediately. When it came time to sell our house, without hesitation she jumped in with both feet. She gave realistic advice on what made sense to repair on our older house. Her personal touch dealing with the big and little things at the house was invaluable. We were moving 3,000 miles away and she was always available for questions, offering reassurance when needed. She was there with us every step of the way, explaining the process and next steps as they occurred. Her advice was solid on the asking price, and she helped us navigate the offers. We ended up with a great offer above the asking price and a serious buyer. We were very happy with the whole process!

Wendy did more and worked harder on our house sale than any other realtor we've ever dealt with. Responded quickly, lent a hand at every step, staged showings well, and knew the answers to every question we had. We highly recommend.
