Tanya is truly the best agent we could have asked for. She is an incredible negotiator and she knows the business! It's not often that you find a realtor that truly cares and will spend as much time as needed to find your dream home! She literally showed us over 40 homes and never complained once! She never pushed us to move forward until we found the right house. Being able to take our time was wonderful. She walked us through the whole process and was there every step of the way. She got us the best deal possible and did everything in her power to ensure we closed on time! She did an great job negotiating with the sellers agent and the value she brings is 100% worth it! I highly recommend her to buyers and sellers! We met her at an open house and her follow up time was incredible! She was so fast to contact us and get us listings that fit what we were looking for! Tanya has sold around 10 houses for us and I can't say enough good things about her. Fist home she sold I went by an open house she was doing and she was spraying out the garage with a water hose. I told her she didnt have to do that and she said she's not just going to sit around when she could be doing something. I think that says all it needs to say.

Tanya is an absolute go-getter. She emanated positive energy from the get go, and consistently assured me that we would not only find a house specific to my needs, but find a true home for me and my future. She never gave up, constantly following up with me with new ideas and options, and even went to bat for me when I faced trouble with my initial lending company. She truly believed that we could find the perfect home, and after lots of struggle and patience, we surely made it happen! She's even followed up with me after everything was said and done to make sure my transition into my first new home has been smooth. That said, I'd never hesitate to recommend her to anyone trying to find a home in The Valley. She's truly a rock star.

Tanya was a great help throughout the entire process! She helped me to find the exact type of house I was looking for and in the perfect area. She was always available and replied to whatever questions I had whether it was 11pm or 5am. When it came to paperwork to sign or new information that I needed to provide for her, she was always quick with letting me know what she needed and made sure everything was together.
