Our experience with Tanya was exceptional. She knew exactly what needed to be done (and when) to ensure both a successful sale of our home and the purchase of a new one so that we could move without having a lengthy stay at a hotel or having to store our household goods in a warehouse. Tanya is fantastic! She first showed us all the communities she thought would fit our needs as a family to streamline the process. Then, because we are from out of state, she took amazing videos of home tours she went on for us! Always quick to point out any weird smells or things to look out for when touring an home. She is quick to respond, even with all the silly questions we had. She was also super helpful and knowledgeable about the buying process. Tanya had so many great resources for our family coming from out of state. We loved working with her, 10/10 recommend!
