Tanya is an excellent realtor and well versed in the real estate market in Bluffton. She is efficient, professional, and gave us honest feedback to help us sell our Bluffton home. Since we no longer live in the area, she went out of her way to assist with any needs we had and she always communicated in a timely manner. Tanya helped us find our getaway condo close to the beach on HHI. we are loving it and she was super helpful to get the close done quickly. She was excellent in showing us the type of property we wanted on HHI. Thanks again for all your help.

Tanya was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her! She is incredibly efficient, organized and was on top of things that needed to be done-which was a huge help for me not needing to worry about those items. She had our best interests at heart and was a great negotiator on our behalf. She is professional and goes above and beyond for her clients!

I interviewed multiple realtors but decided to to hire Tanya Sjodin because she knew her Tech and would get us the most exposure online and she seemed to be a no nonsense, competent and to the point kind of professional. I was not disappointed: Tanya was a great choice for me. I was living between 3 houses and juggling all that goes with that and Tanya really stepped up whenever I needed assistance with the listed home. She found a buyer when the market was slowing down but because of a hurricane, a tropical storm, and my own snafu caused by a sink overflow, the 1st time hone buyer got spooked and backed out. As soon as I had the house dried out and repaired Tanya had another buyer for us in just 3 days. What a relief that was! Tanya seriously went above and beyond to help us out for which I am extremely grateful. I would recommend her because she is on top of her game and tackles problems in a prompt and professional manner. I wish all realtors were as good as her
