Tara is an absolute pleasure to work with! We told her what type a purchase we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend and within 2 days she sent us a list of homes meeting our criteria. We scheduled a date to view the houses she found and selected a new construction home that was on the list. After that, everything was smooth sailing! We haven't closed yet but she has been and will be with us for the entire journey. Hire her and you won't regret it!

We chose Beth Chamberlin because she was enthusiastic without being pushy—excited to work with us but always at our pace. After meeting her in October, we told her it would likely be three months or more before we put our house on the market, and she was perfectly fine with that. Best of all, she stayed in touch and didn’t just disappear like others did! Though Beth was relatively new to the real estate scene in Sun City, that didn’t hold her back. When we finally decided to list, Beth was our first choice, and she delivered! By then, she had joined The Joan Kelley Group, and what a support team she had. From the initial meeting after signing on, we felt like their number-one client. The entire team—April, Daryn, Gayle, Johnna, and everyone at The Joan Kelley Group—was outstanding. They kept us fully informed, communicated regularly, checked in often to ensure we were aligned, and provided helpful solutions whenever we needed guidance. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lonny and Glenda recently! We needed to sell our home and buy another one and we also needed to close on both the same day! They were amazing and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy to sell a home! Mike came highly recommended by friends and he certainly did not disappoint. He set up numerous houses to view. Once I made my decision he was able to submit an offer and work out all the details with no issues. He followed up on every detail and kept me posted as I was living out of state at the time he also recommended a settlement attorney and a lender who were both very helpful with the purchase of my new home in South Carolina.

Glenda and Lonny were fantastic in every way, from listing, staging and photos, negotiations, and navigating through all of the ups and downs of the home sale process.
