Aimee was incredible to work with from start to finish and went above and beyond for us. We were purchasing an investment condo from out of state and ended up going to closing on everything sight unseen (in person) but felt super confident in everything due to Aimee's knowledge and guidance throughout. Highly recommend and will be using her again to help us find our dream 'land' purchase for our forever retirement home sometime very soon!

Ryan did an outstanding job meeting our needs. We rented for a year in Bluffton to check out the area and Ryan was so patient while we got our feet wet! We were a bit confused and apprehensive at first. Ryan was always quick and professional in getting back to us and answered all of our questions. To be honest, we probably were so annoying but he never let us feel as though we were! When he sent us the final listing, and said I think this house checks all the boxes...he was right! We bought our dream home in Hampton Lake. Thank you Ryan!!
