I had an incredible and excellent experience with Keri Mayo. I am grateful I met her. Her thoroughness knowledge extremely helpful at all times has been tremendous. She has continually supported me during my big out of state move and has continually supported me after my closing! I can’t say enough about Keri Mayo . Logan Roberts and the Joan Kelly Group were simply, exceptional. Logan represented us very well as our buyer’s agent and was our eyes and ears while building our new home. Her responsiveness and communication far exceeded our expectations. In fact, the photos and videos that she took and sent to us were perfect given that we were not local and these allowed us to see every part of the construction process. Logan often provided excellent guidance and recommendations during the buying, construction, closing, and post-closing phases. We could not ask for a better buyer’s agent. Kudos to Logan and the entire team.

The only reason I gave Kristen a 5-star rating was because was not able to give her TEN stars. Kristen was one of the best realtors that we have ever worked with. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the low country. Again, thank you Kristen very much.

These two people made the process easy and fast. Their knowledge of the process was exact. They approach to overcoming challenges with environmental issues and them representing our needs and concerns was outstanding. They really had our best interests in mind and knew exactly what we wanted and expected. Made the whole experience enjoyable and made us feel welcomed to the area. Would highly recommend them and will use them again when the opportunity arise.
