Professional, Experienced & Great to work with! Thomas is an incredible realtor. We were relocating for work and not only did he help us get the highest sale price on our home in our neighborhood to date (and in the very first weekend we listed), he also made the complicated relocation process smooth and easy. He responded to all of our texts, calls and emails immediately and he even helped manage contractors at our home when we couldn’t be there in person. He is kind, he is experienced, he is so professional and engaged.

Thomas helped me with a real estate issue that arose after I canceled a contract. He was not my direct agent, but he was the only person involved in the transaction who was willing to help me. He dealt with me in a knowledgable, friendly and professional manner when he did not even need to help me at all. He is a class act all the way. It was a tough situation, but he approached it as a results-oriented agent and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the outcome (which I was!). I would definitely trust Tom as my advisor when using or selling real estate in the Bluffton / Hilton Head area in the future.
