Our confidence in Thomas started with a friend saying, “I’ve heard great things about Thomas. I’ll pass you his contact information.” A couple of weeks later there was a phone conversation about what we were looking for and how best to work together. We were relocating from Arlington, VA and time was on our side to wait for the market to heat up and the rates to come down. We booked a weekend to come down, meet with Thomas and tour some homes. WOW! Thomas took our phone conversation and texts and set up tours with a dozen beautiful homes that met our criteria, in our budget. Absolute professional with mad skills of listening, understanding and delivering. His relationships in the area afforded us the opportunity of touring 5 or 6 homes not yet on the market. BAM! We met on a Friday, said goodbye on Saturday, and made an offer on our home that Monday. Thomas is also an expert at negotiations. Our contract was ratified by Thursday and 30 days later we closed. The process could not have been smoother nor more enjoyable. Thomas is someone you can laugh with, share a concern with, and certainly someone you can trust as a partner in helping find your new home!

Simply the best! I was moving to the area from California and wanted to buy a house on Hilton Head. I reached out to Thomas and wanted to see if he would be interested in helping me since it wasn't a multi-million dollar home. He responded right away that he would, in fact, love to help me. I came as a stranger to the area but I am moving in with a new friend. (I just hope he feels the same way.) I had a list of homes that I thought would meet my criteria. After a couple of days of looking at "my list", Thomas asked if he could surprise me and show me what he thought I might like. I was certainly game since my list had not produced anything that I really loved. The second house that Thomas showed me on his list is the one that I walked in and went "Wow". This "wow" response was because he listened to what I wanted but more importantly, he also watched my reactions as we toured the homes and he saw what excited me. The second house on his list is now MY home, and I couldn't be more thrilled. LOL - the house I bought just happens to be a couple of blocks from where he and his family live -- I believe he is building his neighborhood one new friend at a time. Thomas is a calm, extremely diligent, and amazingly hard-working person who pays attention to the small details. His knowledge of Bluffton/Hilton Head real estate is amazing, whether it is legal, structural or design. If you want someone who will help you find your dream house, Thomas is your person!

We had a wonderful experience working with Thomas throughout the process of buying our new home. As newcomers to the Lowcountry, his extensive knowledge of the Bluffton and Hilton Head area was incredibly valuable as we explored different neighborhoods and narrowed down where we wanted to be. Once we submitted an offer, everything felt like a breeze! Wonderful experience thanks to Thomas. From the moment we first talked to Thomas about our desire to move to South Carolina we knew he was the perfect choice. His knowledge of the area and the process of finding a new home is very impressive. He was in constant contact with us from day one through closing.
