Lauren was assigned to conduct my open house. I was so impressed with her preparation. She asked pertinent questions not only about the facts on the home, but questions to help buyers make a home selection. Such as : What is your favorite room and why?" This makes a sale more personal and has the buyer thinking. She was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable , and professional. Thank you!

Beth and her team did a wonderful job selling our house. Of special note was her team helping us navigate through the inspection process and guiding us as to what we were expected to repair vs normal wear and tear and, doing the lions share of the paperwork for our remote closing. When I say "her team" there were several other people involved that work for her and we have never before, in selling a house, had that much help from so many talented people. We worked with Lauren on two recent transactions, one for buying a home in Hilton Head and the other for selling our townhouse which we had owned for 19 years.
