Beth and her team did a wonderful job selling our house. Of special note was her team helping us navigate through the inspection process and guiding us as to what we were expected to repair vs normal wear and tear and, doing the lions share of the paperwork for our remote closing. When I say "her team" there were several other people involved that work for her and we have never before, in selling a house, had that much help from so many talented people. She and her team made this transaction happen. True professionals working together to sell our home.

We worked with Lauren on two recent transactions, one for buying a home in Hilton Head and the other for selling our townhouse which we had owned for 19 years. The process of looking was lengthy, and for a year and a half, Lauren sent us information on listings that were in our scope of interests. This was invaluable in learning the market and prioritizing our needs and wants for a new home. When we suddenly found our ideal home, we were a year ahead of our schedule, and also had to quickly sell our townhouse. Lauren helped negotiate and work through the complex process involved, and within three months, we bought our dream home and sold our townhouse. She gave us honest feedback that helped us position our townhouse to sell; and we ended up finding our new home for under our price point. The market in Hilton Head is complex, and the gated communities are diverse. Lauren's knowledge helped us hone in on the priorities that were at the top of our list. Hampton was very professional and readily available to talk to and facilitated our home purchase. There is no other realty that we would work with after our experience.
