We had the great pleasure of working with Laura Payne Hart from the Greco Group to sell our current home and help us buy a new one. From our first meeting, Laura was very professional, knowledgeable about the Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head markets, and very easy to work with. She took the time to listen and understand exactly what our family was looking for. The Greco team took excellent care of us every step of the way and was extremely patient with our many questions. What is most impressive about Laura is her excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with her advocacy for our family. Laura, as well as the entire Greco team, was quick to respond and provided regular updates. Laura is a fantastic realtor who is always eager to assist her clients. Kelley was excellent, made the home buying experience as painless as it could have been. Very knowledgeable, was able to reach out with any question i had, and she always had an answer. She helped with the communication with the seller, had sloid recommendations on the home inspector. I know i asked a lot of dumb questions, but she never made it feel that way. Was always straight with me with the hard questions. If I ever had to buy another house i wouldn't want anyone else representing me besides Kelley and her amazing team.

Little did I know that when I dialed the phone number on a listing we were interested in, that I would be put in touch with Janet Berkeley! Janet really went above and beyond our wildest expectations! Holy Moly! Its almost like she knew exactly we were looking for without asking! She showed us some beauties. After we returned home I went back to the Zillow listings. Low and behold we found one more to ponder! Janet took the time and effort to go back to the neighborhood to let us know. It was by far the best property we had seen! Before you know it we were under contract! Janet stuck it out with us through thick and thin and we believe without Janet we would not been able to secure our "forever home". All we can say is do not hesitate to call Janet Berkely!!!!

Victoria was absolutely fantastic! As first time home buyers, she was there with us through every step. She answered every single question we had and made us feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly could not imagine working with anyone else, she was a perfect fit!
