Janet did a fantastic job every step of the way to buying my new house. From her initial willingness to show me the property and enthusiasm about it to advising me about the offer to make and how to respond to the counter offer she was not simply helpful but savvy. And during due diligence , the inspection, and the closing she was responsive and a great guide through a process unfamiliar to me but very well-known to her.
