Katharine did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home. We were moving from Maryland and her experience, knowledge of the area and patience with taking us to many neighborhoods, helped us find the perfect home. When the perfect home came on the market a day before our house hunting trip ended. She quickly reached out to the sellers and provided us with a video preview of the home.
