We have vacationed in the Hilton Head area many times over the years and have been thinking about relocating since the first time that we visited. In early March, we planned another trip for vacation but in the back of our minds we were really thinking about making a move. Fortunately for us, we were introduced to Scott Croye with Keller Williams Lowcountry during our trip. The first thing that impressed us when we met Scott was the fact that he was easy going, friendly and professional. He made a point to tell us at the start of the day that he’d like to show us a few properties and spend some time together, and that after doing so we could decide if we wanted to work with one another. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but in short order and after listening to us in an uninterrupted manner he simply stated that he knew exactly what we were talking about – and he was spot on. Over the course of the next few hours, Scott was able to get us into The Crescent development so that we could get a feel for the neighborhood and the types of homes available. Since there was literally nothing for sale at the time, he then was able to identify three parcels of land that were still for sale and available for a custom build. Scott could have stopped there, but he didn’t. While we looked at the parcels, Scott arranged for one of the primary builders in The Crescent to personally meet with us, and two hours later we met with the builder and were able to see two different models of the homes available for a custom build. After quickly negotiating a very favorable purchase of our lot, and during the remainder of March and early April, Scott worked with us to facilitate the land closing while we continued to research the options with the builder that he referred us to. We independently spoke with two other builders but ultimately, we selected the builder that he referred us to; however, the builder he referred us to is independent and only offers a limited referral fee to realtors. This fact impressed us even more – he referred us to a builder based upon what we were looking for, not on what he would be paid. In the world that we live in today that’s saying something important about his character. Since we don’t currently live in the area, we needed someone to look out for us over the next 6-8 months during the build process. And we never thought twice about it – we asked Scott to continue working with us, and agreed to compensate him above and beyond what the builder was offering as his referral fee. Scott quickly earned our trust, and we'd recommend him highly to anyone looking for a local expert who will listen, act and work as an advocate for what you are looking for and is in your best interest.

Scott Croye exceeded our expectations! His knowledge of the real estate market on Hilton Head Island, as well as surrounding areas like Bluffton is unsurpassed. We were pretty sure we wanted a place on Hilton Head Island but weren't ruling out other areas like Bluffton. To his credit, Scott was extremely accommodating and patient when we asked to see some places off the island, offering advice and guidance along the way. He knew before we did that where we finally bought was where we wanted and needed to be. He negotiated our contract in a skillful, professional manner culminating in a purchase price we were thrilled with! By sheer coincidence, my brother and his wife were in Hilton Head the same week. They were also looking to purchase a home in the area, but were not interested in working with a Realtor yet. I mentioned how impressed we were with Scott and suggested they meet with him. Scott was gracious enough to schedule a showing last minute at a property they were interested in seeing. After viewing the home, they determined they wanted to explore the option of building a new home in the Bluffton area. My brother and his wife were very impressed with the insight and knowledge Scott had regarding new construction and decided within hours of meeting Scott to work with him on the purchase of their new home. Scott clearly goes above and beyond for his clients, providing exceptional customer service every step of the way. We would highly recommend working with Scott for all your real estate needs!

We were new to the Hilton Head real estate market, so were a little bit all over the map. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and patient. His demeanor is both friendly and confident. After we narrowed our search and were ready to put in an offer, Scott masterfully negotiated with the seller's agent to put us in contract with terms that we were 100% satisfied with. Sometimes real estate agents become friends, and Scott for sure is a good friend of ours. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Hilton Head area, Scott is your person.

Amy and her team are absolutely amazing and that's why we chose to work with them for the third time . They are very professional, supportive and responsive and working with them made the entire process so much easier every step of the way. Working with Amy and her team is like having your own team of advisors during the entire process. They will be there for you to answer every question and guide you along the way. Buying or selling, her team is amazing and we strongly recommend them.
