Amy is a total professional. She both helped us find the beautiful home we lived in on Hilton Head for 7 years and then helped us sell it, under rather difficult conditions. She gave us sound advice on how to price and what and when to do things and went above and beyond in her assistance to our efforts. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Our experience with Amy was 5 star for certain. Amy was a rare combination of friendly/pleasant and professional. She had a impressive cadre of resources for things that needed doing and they were very responsive. She knows the rules of a home sale transaction quite thoroughly and that worked to our advantage on more than one occasion.. I think the best recommendation I could give Amy is that if the need arose I would hire Amy again without hesitation.

It has been a real pleasure working with Scott. He really listened to me and knew exactly what I was looking for. He was able to find a house in Sun City that checked all my boxes. He is always patient, thorough, and follows through completely. He successfully negotiated changes I wanted and went above and beyond in helping me by personally confirming the needed repairs were completed. Words cannot express how happy we were with Amy. You won't find anyone on Hilton Head Island who is able to read you, know what you want, and match a home as quickly as she can. Not only is she a plethora of Hilton Head/Bluffton knowledge but she knows all the right people to use for investing, closing, and even maintenance and repairs going forward after the sale. She always picked up the phone and answered every email quickly and kept us informed with any change as it happened. When it's all said and done, she makes you feel like family. Scott is without a doubt one of the best realtors that we’ve worked with over the last 40 years. He and Amy Aurelio’s entire team of Keller Williams Low Country provided excellent support and marketing throughout the entire process from listing to closing. During our initial meeting at our home Amy and Scott suggested a delayed listing that would provide us with valuable insights on our house and the listing price based on realtor comments and buyer activity. After the initial four days of delayed listing we had two offers, both of which were better than the asking price. Scott helped us through the inspection process ensuring that the buyers were communicated with through their realtor that the work had been completed. After we had moved Scott did a walk through to check the house and remove any items that we had forgotten. Amy Aurelio and Scott Croye made selling our home easy!
