Working with Tammy I was able to sell my home in North Carolina and purchase another home in South Carolina the next day. Tammy was awesome! She was very professional and prompt with replies. She stayed on top of everything! There was never a moment during this journey that I was not informed about what was going on and she was always prepared for the next step to ensure that everything went smoothly, which is very important when selling and purchasing at the same time. She also took into consideration that I had pets during every event/step, especially making sure we did not have to be without a home. Not only did she guide me just on the selling and purchasing of homes, but she made sure to inform of the many things outside of that. She ensured that we planned for EVERYTHING! Even after the purchase, Tammy has continued to go above and beyond. I know that her goal is to see people living their dreams and being happy, not just to get a closing. I am so grateful to her for making my dream to live on acreage possible. I could not be more satisfied.

Tammy is an amazing realtor. Helped me every step of the way to finding the perfect home. She is very understanding with time, especially for me since I worked night shift. She worked quickly to get appointments to view a house and would work fast to get offer ready to be sent. Beyond thankful for everything she made possible for my first home.

Simply put, Tammy is perfection! She’s incredibly prompt, has a heart of gold, will work day and night (even when she should be spending time to herself) and will do everything in her power to find your perfect home! She doesn’t skip a beat when it comes to staying in contact with you, she points out any and all discrepancies, she stays on top of every aspect in the buying process, and even things that we would have never thought of.. she was always 10 steps ahead and handing it. Our situation was very different for first time homebuyers. Tammy adapted to every obstacle that came our way and always helped us come out on top! Thank you SO much for helping us find our first home ?? it’s perfect in every way!
