Drew Gordon was the agent who helped us through this process. He was very considerate and professional, always quick to reply to questions and set up viewings. He worked hand-in-hand with the selling agent to help up make a good offer to the seller. The walked us through the ups and downs of securing the financing. From the sit down at the beginning to discuss listing all the way through to closing, they were very professional and proactive, having the answers to all our questions before we knew what to ask! Rick did a great job listing and marketing the property . The pictures were absolutely awesome . He used many different social media platforms which definitely helped in selling the house ….Kept me well informed , promoted great showings and Open House . The house sold within 60 Days of actual listing. Recommend his and the Teams professionalism and expertise ! Very familiar with the upstate and it’s being a great place to live !
