Rick did a great job listing and marketing the property . The pictures were absolutely awesome . He used many different social media platforms which definitely helped in selling the house ….Kept me well informed , promoted great showings and Open House . The house sold within 60 Days of actual listing. Recommend his and the Teams professionalism and expertise ! Very familiar with the upstate and it’s being a great place to live ! Outstanding!!! We hired this company from out of state and purchased a house from them sight unseen, except for our wonderful agent doing a video walk thru with us which helped immensely and we are immensely happy with our new home. Our agent Drew Gordon was WONDERFUL! He answered all our questions and worked tirelessly for us since we were out of state. The closing went off without a hitch, very smooth process. We are highly impressed with this whole office and everyone we dealt with in this office. Everyone was very professional and pleasant and we would DEFINITELY use this real estate office for our next real estate purchase. Highly recommend.
