Rick did a great job listing and marketing the property . The pictures were absolutely awesome . He used many different social media platforms which definitely helped in selling the house ….Kept me well informed , promoted great showings and Open House . The house sold within 60 Days of actual listing. Recommend his and the Teams professionalism and expertise ! Very familiar with the upstate and it’s being a great place to live !
