Amazing experience only company that makes it personal and friendly. Gail & Dave were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond. Made it so quick and easy for us. We were looking to lease a home while other property Mgmt companies made you go to their offices to get keys Gail and Dave would meet you at the property to show or walk thru. That would answer all the questions as we were moving from PA. Gail gets it done…

Gail was much more than a realtor; a God sent. I have sold about 9 homes and met with many realtors, none like Gail. She remodeled my home (on top of everything she is an interior decorator), staged it, and even brought in potential buyers. The remodeling was done at contractor's pricing, and I saved a bundle! She was spot on with her recommendations. I got back triple the value that I invested. In the end, she even helped me move. Working with her was the best decision I have ever taken. Extremely grateful for what she did for me.

Gail and Dave are a good team helping us buying and renting our houses. We asked to Gail and Dave to find a house in our budget. Because they have a lot of contacts they already have one to propose. They manage everything for us because we are living far. In 2 months we closed the deal. And 2 months later they found renters. So without to travel, they found a house for us, closed the deal and found renters. We can always count to their help, advices and support on our investment. We really appreciate their engagement to their work. They are extremely professional.
