Mark Rucker and Drew Roberson were a pleasure to work with; they helped us find and purchase the wonderful house that we now live in. When we decided to relocate from California to the South Carolina Upstate, I contacted Mark Rucker & Associates. Mark responded immediately to my online request and contacted me in CA, then that was followed by a visit to SC and meeting with Mark and Drew at their offices. They both were born and raised in the Upstate and were extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in. They gave expert advice and helped to steer us to the location that suited us best. With their help, we decided on a new build with a developer, which proved to be a challenge after returning to CA. Thankfully, Drew acted as our intermediator and was with us every step of the way providing updates, pictures and support in dealing with the developer and the construction of the new build. Mark and Drew continued to be helpful and available all the way to the successful closing. Mark Rucker & Associates are experienced realtors and excel in providing information, advice, communication, availability and helpful tools to help you succeed in the process of finding and purchasing a home. Where do we begin, we met Gina at an open house while visiting the area. We fell in love with Greenville and had no idea where we wanted to settle down. She truly helped my husband and I pin point an area we wanted to move to by being patient and letting us trust the process. She was very quick to schedule showings and make herself available to take us! Therefore, we were able to put an offer on a home the same day it was listed because of her quick action. Our offer was accepted and we could not be more thankful for Gina! She truly was amazing to work with! I highly recommend her if anyone is looking to buy their next home!

We worked with Gina Fox on Rucker and Associates and she was amazing to work with. Gina truly has her clients’ best interests at heart. She helped us land our dream home. We worked with Gina and the team at Rucker & Associates to purchase our home in Fountain Inn SC. Gina and the entire team were extremely knowledgeable about the local market and the entire home buying process. They were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and were excellent advocates for us as our of town buyers. We love our new home but will be working with the Rucker team again if and when we ever decide to move.
