As first time homebuyers, Emily was such a big help!! She was able to answer all of our questions and inform us on things we wouldn’t have even known to ask. She was so easy to work with and was always there to help. Would absolutely recommend working with Emily!!!

Kayla Shands knows exactly what she’s doing. She expertly guided us through closing on a condo unit in The Lofts at Mills Mill, Greenville. When the agent for the California seller gave us a hard time about some of our requests, Kayla advocated for us and never backed down. For example, she made certain that comfort-height water closets were installed in both bathrooms, had a bed removed, and matching hardwood floors replaced in the secondary bedroom. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Kayla to anyone looking for a house or condo.
