Let be honest selling/purchasing a home can be a very stressful process but Nikki was absolutely amazing. She helped me sell my house and made sure everything went smooth. If you deal with anyone other than Mrs. Apa, you are either going to lose money on your sale or lose the home you have your eyes set on. Nikki was a turn-key, all in one stop shop. Never once did she relax her talents in providing the utmost attention to detail in the sale of our home. Presented her the task to list our lake home for twice the appraisal price and she got it done. She will guide you through the process on how to maximize your listing and appeal to potential buyers. 5 Stars on the rating is just a down payment on her ability of giving you a 100%.
