Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just look at her ratings as they are a great indicator of her knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to communicate with me, working around my work and travel schedule. We received and negotiated an offer within about 2 weeks from listing and closed about 4 weeks later. Other than providing her the information needed, Susan did all the heavy lifting. Her personalized brochures were a very nice touch. Everything from the listing to the photography to the closing process went well. I'm highly satisfied and I recommend Susan to all! She's the best!

We were extremely happy with the services provided by Susan Summers. We had to leave town to attend a family funeral and Susan made sure the property was secure and in the best possible shape during our absence. During the time we were away, Susan went over and above in her duties. Susan's professionalism made the whole process so easy and smooth. Susan held several open houses and advertised our property several times as well as providing potential buyers with written specifics of the property. When Susan saw a potential problem, she assisted us with a solution. Susan's local knowledge proved invaluable. She provided us with constant feedback and guided us through the whole process. Whenever I had a question, she would respond immediately, I highly recommend Susan and will definitely use her services again. Some realtors feel like used car salesmen. NOT Susan, she was exceptional!

Susan was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgable of the area. Susan was very prompt and always available by phone or email. She also did everything she said she was going to do.
