Kim was amazing! Worked with my parents for over a year to find the perfect home for them in Palm Coast, Fl Very patient and understanding. Broad knowledge of everything related to real estate. Even went above and beyond and had her own handyman do some repairs to the house after purchase. Highly recommend Kim! ??

I had an outstanding experience working with Kim. From the very beginning, she demonstrated deep local market, knowledge, and a clear understanding of pricing, neighborhoods, and potential risks. I never felt pressured, only well-informed. What truly set her apart was her integrity and advocacy. She was honest about concerns, pointed our issues I would have missed, and was absolutely willing to say, "this deal is not right", even when it meant more work for her. Her negotiation skills were exceptional, especially during the inspection and final negotiation, and she saved me both money and stress. Communication was clear, prompt, and calm throughout the entire process. Every step was explained in plain language, deadlines were managed flawlessly, and nothing ever felt rushed, or confused.
