There was a house we wanted to look at in Ormond Beach. We called Nick Sunday morning. He took the call, got to work, and never stopped until we closed. We saw the house the same day. It was exactly what we wanted, and we made an offer right away. Nick was on top of every step of the process. He helped us to negotiate a good deal on the home, hand held us through the inspection process, and was available at all times for any questions. He took care of details we had not thought of. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Volusia or Flagler Counties.

Kim was the best.. helped us thru the whole process even on the frustrating days. She worked very hard everyday to find us exactly what we were looking for and stayed in our budget. In the future we would only use her services when we decide to upgrade!

Kim did a great job finding the house that I wanted and negotiating the price and following up to make sure the inspections were done. She helped me find a handyman and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of.. I have called her several times to help me with questions. She has been very helpful.!
