I feel like I would be doing a huge disservice to Alice and her team, if I neglected to write this review. I was looking to sell my small 2 bedroom second home in Port Orange. Being extremely busy and dreading the time and process, it was not something I was looking forward to getting into. Alice was recommended to me by a good friend, and I could write all day about the fantastic experience and results they produced. We spoke for the first time in February, had to make some minor repairs, and a contract was signed by the 1st of April. The sale was completed and closed within 30 days. “Great job”, and thank you and your team for the time and hard work making this seamless and stress free. I would highly recommend Alice and her team for all your real estate needs.

Alice went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend her. She even took care of some small problems by getting a contractor. The whole sale was done remotely, was able to get it completed, without driving back and forth to sign papers.

After extensive research, I found Tom Cooper! After contacting him, he was quick to narrow down my wants vs needs. He knew my budget and stuck to it! I looked at two houses and was in love with the first one. I hit bumps in the road with my lender and Tom was a calming voice of reason. I finally closed on my house after rescheduling my closing twice because of my lender. His patience, knowledge and professionalism was unwavering. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a house to buy or sell. Bravo, Tom; you provided a service we all want and expect!!
